The wrong parts were packed in the original box, the wrong accessories were shipped with the original order, and the wrong replacement parts were shipped in follow-up. I'll be taking the brand name off of the part, so I don't inadvertently advertise for these guys ...

Apr 11,2023I ordered my beverage cooler from Empava and found the online experience to be easy. The appliance itself was delivered promptly and works great. No issues there. One thing I would caution others about is the free delivery service. The appliance was fairly heavy. One person showed up to deliver it with a hand cart that could not make it up a step. The appliance was tied to a wooden palate. The delivery person was going to leave it in my yard. It was not until I offered hi $20 cash that he agreed to help me move it inside my home and take the palate with him. I understand that we shouldn't expect white glove service with a free delivery, but this experience was concerning and would cause me to question doing business with Empava again.

Apr 07,2023The kitchen hood I ordered arrived fast and the installation was really, I'm really happy with this unit. It's powerful and not noisy. The lights are great, and now when I cook I don't have to smell my food all the way to my bedroom. And the price. Excellent

Both of the Empava appliances have been easy to use and we are really satisfied with them. The reviews we had read about the appliances were true and we are satisfied customers for sure. Truly a great product.

Apr 06,2023The burners are too big, you can not use a small pot because the heat is going around the pot making the cooking long and creating a danger of burning yourself. Also, the top grid is too tall, and far away from the burners. Really bad and dangerous design of the cooktop. I'm sorry that I didn't return it when I could.

Apr 05,2023Simple and easy to put in and love the way it works. The plus is the wife loves it. We wanted the 36 inch cooktop but didn't want to cut the granite. Definitely happy with our choice. We will be back again for something different.

Mar 22,2023Received wall oven as stated. However, there was no paperwork with wall oven in box or oven....nothing to state a warranty, or anything. Or proper wiring hookup... I'm happy with oven, but where's paperwork??

Mar 17,2023My stove just showed up. The third one. The first one vanished.second one is dented in and the box has a large dent/tear in it. Finally got my stove. Im happy right now! Thanks Empanadas for working so hard to get me my stove finally. Shipping nightmare was not your fault.

Mar 16,2023Bought a 2 burner induction cooktop. Bought it over a year ago and just recently installed it in a new addition to home. Worked for about 3 days. Right burner worked fine. Left burner non-functional. Customer support chatbot(?) was initially very difficult to work with (as all chatbots are). Had much better luck once I was able to get through to a actual person. They agreed that unit was not working as it should and worked with me to get it replaced. Looking forward to getting a replacement. Have a 24 inch Empava wall oven that works like a charm so am looking forward to getting the matching cooktop replaced.

Apr 12,2023My glass gas stove top shattered while I was cooking. I was very disappointed because I really loved my glass stove. I informed Empava of my misfortune and they quickly reached out to me to replace my stove. I would say thats awesome costumer service.
