Aug 18,2022The stovetop is wonderful. It looks clean, contemporary and is easy to use. It was a money well spent. We did have a delivery issue when the first one arrived shattered. Not sure if more styrofoam would have helped as it looked like the deliverers might have stepped on box. Empava customer service was wonderful and a replacement unit was shipped right away.

Aug 16,2022The oven I ordered arrived damaged and I put off calling for several days because I knew it was going to be a nightmare! Boy, was I wrong!! They were so nice and apologetic. Sent a new oven immediately and a pick up label for the damaged one.

Aug 11,2022I love our new Empava cooktop (EMPV-30GC21). It was easy to install and works perfectly. The large middle 5th burner is very useful. The stainless steel base and the black cast iron grates are very attractive as well as functional. It should give us many years of service. I would rate our experience with Empava a 5 of 5. I would rate the product a 5 of 5. I highly recommend it!

Jul 20,2022The vent hood looks great! Came to us in excellent condition and works well. Not a huge fan of the lights, feel like the placement could be better for lighting the stove, but they are adequate. Overall we are happy with the purchase.

Jun 01,2022Although it took a long time to arrive, the Empava Pizza Oven is everything I dreamed it would be. It took a little time to put it together, but it is well made and sturdy. The food it makes is amazing- real wood fired pizza in your own home. Mangia tutti!!

Apr 16,2022I am thrilled with my new oven. Finding a replacement for very old appliances is difficult. The Empava 24wob14 has exactly the features I needed in a single wall oven, has extra functions I wanted, it fit perfectly with the rest of my appliance style, and most importantly, fit the opening in my cabinet wall where a 60 year old, '24"' wall oven used to be. So many other ovens wouldn't fit or cost a small fortune. For me, this oven is an excellent value for the money. I'd also like to say that the customer service desk personnel were awesome (I do not use that word lightly). They provided exceptional and timely service, with accurate and helpful information and replacement items that were needed after the savage package handlers of the delivery service and the incompetent installer made that necessary. I just can't say enough about these people. Whenever I look at this oven, I will remember how they helped keep me sane during this renovation as one thing after another went horribly wrong.

Apr 08,2022It took 3 shipments to finally receive an undamaged gas oven. (Well, it does still have a small crease in the corner) Empava was very prompt in shipping out a new one after I reported the damage. (First one was dented in the factory, the second in FedEx shipping) It works though. It was 24 inches wide so it fit in the space. Hope it keeps working!
