I called the technical assistance line twice during the install/test process, and both times my calls were quickly answered by a friendly and helpful representative. and my questions were quickly and clearly answered. Very pleased with the products quality for the price, and VERY impressed with the customer service.

First of all, it does work on a basic level. But the quality is horrendous, so the functionality feels more like luck than engineering. I have an empava cooktop that has done well for us so I expected similar quality in this wall oven and it just wasn't there. The knobs are crooked, the fan was slapping its enclosure, and every single screw on the outside body of the unit was loose or stripped. Honestly extremely poor quality control, but the oven does appear to function so far. Overall, the quality has unfortunately caused me to be wary of Empava products from here on.

This was the second oven I got, the temperature jumps all around and will not stay at 350 degrees, we called and 2 managers told me it’s supposed to do that and there is nothing they can do. Do not buy this wall oven it is the worst. It won’t even stay at 350!!

I ordered the item and was told it would ship within a few days. When i called in to ask why it didn't ship, I was RUDELY informed that it wouldn't ship until Mid-December. The lady was extremely rude. I cancelled the order as a result.

Order this pizza oven over others due to the reviews and just research. We had built one in AZ and have had a pizza oven before I wanted something that had a bigger opening. Once we got our oven , it was so easy to put together. We did our first burn this past weekend. NOT DISAPPOINTED. Looking forward to the great times cooking and making pizza’s

Sister bought an oven that malfunctioned within a month so empava sent an inferior model as a replacement. A model that listed over $100 less than the malfunctioning model. This is wrong Update: my sister contacted Empava and they refunded the difference from the two models. This is ok but she still has an oven she really didn’t want but they at least made the money part right. So I will change the rating.

I have made pizza on three occasions and made carne asada, in the two weeks since I received the oven. everything turned out perfectly! The quick delivery of the oven was appreciated. I will get a lot of use out of this oven!

The delivery company never knocked on my door and left my appliance in my driveway. I had to go outside and ask him why he was leaving an item I purchased in my driveway in the weather? He told me thats what they always do. He was rude and I had to ask him to move it into a secure area. Very unprofessional and risky leaving an expensive item just in a driveway not even by my door.
