Oven was easy install. Seems to maintain accurate temperature which was very important for my baking. Only complaint is I can't find an extra rack and their wasn't a great cooking guide

Less than stellar experience. Complete waste of my time. Made an Order for a stove top from Empava and my order was suddenly canceled without any explanation as to why. Seemed like a great deal but unfortunately, i had to make the purchase elsewhere and with a different brand.

We have had this installed for a few days now. First impression? Disappointed. It's loud (on the lowest setting) and the lights are too dim. We already miss our quieter and brighter older range hood. On the positive side, the suction is very good and the appearance is nice. It's stainless steel after all. The very dim lighting and the sound level on the lowest setting make me want to replace it. This is unfortunate because we paid an electrician to come and install it.

Someone finally called and listened to me about FedEx deliveries. The FedEx driver service guy is a scary rude man. I don’t want him on my property and I appreciate that your company is re-shipping my oven with UPS. Thank you very much.

The representative I talked to on the phone, Amy, was very rude. She kept interrupting every time I went to explain my situation she would say to let her finish speaking and that I wasn’t understanding what she was saying, even if she wasn’t speaking or did not say anything previously. She made it very difficult to reach a resolution to the problem.

The price was better than the big box stores and the shipping was extremely fast. The range hood was well packed and arrived with no damage. This is the best range hood that I've ever had...instead of one puny fan the Empava had two large fans that really move the air...there's no comparison to the other hoods on the market at similar prices.

Looking online they run about half the price of other major bands and seem to have good reviews. Bought a range hood. First time broken and they agree to send another. Customer service is great.

I bought my Empava cooktop online and it was delivered sooner than expected, so that was great. The installation was quite easy too. I basically took my old cooktop out and dropped in the new one. I did have to reuse my old gas line adapter for the gas hose connection. The Empava looks nice and started up great! I’ve only had it for a week so I don’t know how durable it’s going to be long term.

My appliance that I ordered came earlier than was 1st stated and it is awesome and looks better installed than the pictures I were looking at, truly a nice appliance. I will definitely be using your company again.
