Jun 18,2020I purchased a pair of Hamilton Buhl Mini Smartek headsets with inline volume and 3.5 plug. They were just about $12 and with shipping cost was a tad more than $16 each. Amazing at such a low price how well they muffle external noise and sound quality is quite good.

Jun 18,2020Great Customer Service! I really appreciate the quick and responsive way that the customer service team worked with me. While planning for a re-opening of an office post-COVID, we needed buckets for wipe dispensers. Not only did they have them, but they worked with me on getting the bucket shipped direct and expedited. I truly appreciate the work of the team to look into getting these to us quickly! Our whole team is grateful to have the proper sanitation stations required to keep our office clean and healthy!

May 28,2020Headset was excellent. I bought it for my wife who is small and wears hearing aids. I hoped she could use the headset to listen to tv but there was too much pressure on her aids, she could hear just fine but the pressure was painful. So no foul, no fine. Unlike many other companies during the Covid 19 pandemic, Encore never promised a product that wasn't available and shipped either prior to or on the date i was told that it would be available. That says a lot about the way you do business. Thanks for considering your customer and not being like so many others that promised products that they simply could not guarantee delivery on. We will definitely use you in the future based on your performance during such an unique situation.

May 27,2020Encore was wonderful. I was looking for the bucket of equipment wipes which are in short supply. I called customer service asking about the availability. They were out of product. But, I was told they would contact me if any wipes became available. Within a week I received a call from Encore that they had 1 bucket - and would I like to purchase it. Wow! I never thought a company would be that attentive. Kudos to Encore Data Products!
