Feb 12,2021My orders - one of which was a gift - were unfortunately not delivered with leather insoles as advertised rather they were delivered with an updated alternative insole made from wool. Customer service were unfortunately unable to dispatch replacements of the older model which was still being advertised - due to no control over inventory. I was sorry to have to send the orders back as I've otherwise enjoyed the quality of Giesswein products for years.

Feb 11,2021Good looking shoes, very comfortable. The sizing is a little larger than indicated, but one can follow the size guide. I am a 36.5, taking the measurements as instructed I would have been a 37 so I ordered that. The shoes are a little too long so I use an extra insole and tie them tighter to prevent back slippage. The kaki green is darker than in the photos, but still chic. Delivery was quick and seamless
