Mar 06,2021I bought these for my partner for Christmas a year and a bit ago. The sizing on the site was wrong and we were sent a size too small. I contacted customer service three times but never heard back. After about three months the slippers started deteriorating massively. Holes at the toes and the soles are completely worn through. Not great. Giesswein has been a brand my family has gone to since I was a young child and the quality definitely isn’t what it used to be.

Mar 06,2021Great shoes. They didn't fit my foot form so I sent them back using their free return policy. Very simple: I recommend. The shoes are so light and comfortable. Too bad they don't have a large toe box.
