Allerdings war der DHL Service in Italien nicht zuverläßlich: ich bekam die Nachricht, dass mein Paket eben geliefert wurde und fand nichts, weder vor der Tür noch im Garten. Feb 19,2021First having ordered and paid for my slippers I received an email saying they were not available. This seems to indicate the website needs an upgrade. The email I received did not indicate which slippers were available in my size. As there weren’t many left this would have made reordering easier. The slippers arrived quickly and are great if you have a carpeted house. Unfortunately we have hard floors and they do not really provide enough support for this kind of surface Since writing the review I have discovered on wet floor tiles they are extremely slippery! But thank Giesswein for offering a return as I have now been using them I will decline the offer. Maybe improvements can be made.

Feb 16,2021I got exactly what I ordered and it was delivered quickly. Very happy. Only minor criticism is the (in)sole. It’s a bit thin. I added an extra insole and it has made a big difference.
