Mar 14,2021My husband loves these slippers - really cosy, but after a few months of wear, the soles have worn out. (In contrast the uppers are in near perfect condition.) Not what I would expect for the price and reputation. Customer service gave a full reply as to the nature of the materials used in the slippers and that they do wear out in time. But basically won't/can't do anything about it. Trying to buy responsibly, and pay a littler more, expecting slippers to last a bit longer than £7 Sainsbury ones, but might as well not have bothered! Please make the soles thicker/use different materials, so they actually last for a decent length of time. ***UPDATE*** Following further conversations with the supplier, they are providing my husband with a replacement pair of slippers. Thank you
