Mar 13,2025**Avoid at all costs!** I bought a £79.99 package from a local event and was told that I could join in with my kids and an additional fee of £11.99 per person was required when booking. When I called to book I was told that the fee was actually £25.99 per person and adults can only play with kids if the kids play adult paintball! I called several time to compain and try to resolve and also emailed them but I had zero response. Highly unprofessional company who are happy to take your money and nothing more. They have been reported to Trading Standards after seeking advice from Citizens Advice as Contract law applies to this package purcahse and there has clearly been a breach of contract in this case!

Feb 13,2025Extremely poor customer service. I am on my fourth call waiting for a manager to return my call as my booking is in 2 days and can not resolve my issue. I have purchased 10 tickets and currently can only use 2 due to being mis sold packages and them not explaining all the additional costs that need to be paid prior to attending on the day. I am told a manager may ring me back or may not. Extremely unhelpful and I have no idea how to resolve the problem!

Jan 26,2025Scam do not buy at stalls in town. Much more expensive than their competitors. Plus what they promised isn't what you get. It's just a con. Paintball packages are overpriced as well.

Jan 21,2025If I could give it less I would Bought outside Asda and told would have half price paintballs- not true Went along- son unable to access due to disability. No running water and no signs up so covered in soap from hand washing and no way resolve Son was struggling prior to session starting and adv them of this. Was told can buy the paintball package and if he couldn’t continue to use them then can return for refund Had to stop 10 mins later before safetybriefing finished and returned £100 of paintballs unused and fully packaged. Told can’t refund at site but to contact CS CS refused refund Eventually agreed to refund part of cost but refusing to do the rest (cost of paintballs only not asking for cost of tickets to be refunded despite not using them). Patronising, lying and now ignoring all emails. Will be taking further and advise everyone to avoid at all costs

Dec 05,2024Feel like I’ve been scammed. Bought what I was told was £20 discount on entry and hire but if I’d bought on the website it would £9.99. Lots of hidden costs in the extra paintballs needed and an incredible 6.99% handling fee! It would be £64.14 to buy the recommended 500 paintballs per person. It’s ended up costing me much more per person than booking elsewhere. So disappointed and means I’m not looking forward to going there at all.

Oct 15,2024The guys sold us the book for £80 promising too much and fulfilling nothing. They told us they only do weekend while the sales guy agreed for weekday, they also said to pay extra£100 if we want to play. Be vary of their scam, I do not recommend them
