Refund was requested same day as purchase as when I called to book was told price was double and paintballs where £12 per hundred no deals to be offered on site! Would not book please stay away! Nobody answers calls or helps On the phone

Apr 06,2024Epic Paintball Events have terrible customer service, and mis-sold us a product at The ideal Homeshow which they are now not taking any responsibility for. They are all about the sale, and are not interested in treating their customers with respect and understanding, It appears they have stolen our money at this stage. I have sent emails which have not been properly responded to, the people that answer the phone are not helpful.

Mar 30,2024Sales rep was very chatty and persuasive. Made me believe the £70 discounted vouchers included the paintballs. Now I try to book for a group and I am told to pay £12 for each person. This is terrible. I regret purchasing this. To make it worse, I bought 20 tickets. Awful! Even asked if i could just pay for the number of paintballs I can afford, I was told its not possible. Has to be per person. This is deceitful. There was no discount after all.

Feb 29,2024Scammers Two representatives came to our student fait in our university. They offered us to pay £70 which included everything as well as the paintballs and they told us that’s all we have to pay and we can book any day online later. Now I’m trying to book this as my birthday thing to do it with my friends, It’s telling me to pay £11.99 for each persons first set of 100 balls. However I was told I didn’t have to pay this fee when talking to the representatives. It says to pay £11.99 on the leaflet but the representative told us to ignore that he said we just need to book it online with this code, it’ll be it. I called them today to ask them if they can help me with this but the guy over the phone got angry and started raising his voice on me when I was trying explain him what their representative said to us. He said he can’t help me at all and hung up on me. We are just students and they are scamming us and shouting at us over the phone. What kinda customer service is this.

She even included some extra treats for the birthday boy. We can’t wait until Saturday For the event to begin. Will definitely recommend this booking process. Stress free and painless

May 20,2024I panic bought these vouchers for my daughter's 8th birthday. I wasn't made aware that I would have to spend more money to purchase paintballs or for mini paintballing for the kids. The customer service is shocking & confusing. I contacted them on FB also but noone called me. I naively assumed the kids would be playing & shooting each other but on the day I was informed that the kids were going to put in with the FULLY GROWN MEN which was horrifying. Marshall Kenny came over and reassured me that the MEN were made aware of the kids presence & that everything would be fine. I wasn't made aware of how the games worked, 3 courses with breaks. There is an extra charge for mini paintballing which is disgusting, I was told 100 paintballs per player were not enough & was pressured to buy 1000 per player which also is an extra charge. I had asked if it was wheelchair accessible, I was told it was. Another lie. The toilets were disgusting & the off site parking was a shambles and a distance from the reception, we didn't know where to go as it wasn't sign posted. Out of the 8 kids only 3 kids played as they said it was too sore. I am extremely disappointed & embarrassed that this happened and it ruined my daughter's birthday party. I would not recommend this
