Jul 03,2024Shocking service all round, sold package vouchers was not made aware of the terms surrounding the vouchers and have now lost a large sum of money. To sum it all up a very unhelpful employee on their phone line showed zero empathy and clearly a company that does not value customer retention. Would stay well clear

Jul 02,2024We were sold 20 tickets at the Berkshire show (for about £60) thinking they would let 20 people participate. In actual fact there are so many hidden costs they don’t tell you about that it worked out that on top of the £60, it was going to cost upwards of £250 for 5 boys. When I asked for a refund they point-blank refused. Because we had already spent money on the initial tickets we decided to go ahead with a booking and unfortunately my wife, who has incurable cancer, had to go into hospital for a long stay so we couldn’t go on the booked day (or the foreseeable future). Again, we asked for a refund just for that booking and they refused. AVOID THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE TANTAMOUNT TO A SCAM.

I was conned into buying 20 tickets for my sons birthday (he was 8 at the time) and not once mentioned that actually I would have to spend a further £240 as there is a limit to the party size and I couldnt just use a few tickets at a time, as it was sold to me. I originally bought the tickets in March 24 and tried to book in May only to discover the above and since then have been calling and calling to get my money back. No one ever calls me back and no one updates me on my complaint, stating a manager needs to review and come back to me which never happens! Absolute con stay away from this awful company

Jul 01,2024I purchased tickets to celebrate my son's 10th birthday with his friends. I made all the bullet purchasing online before the event and was very surprised when on arrival, we received an upgrade and children were given unlimited bullets, and played only with their year group. The children were thrilled, impressed, and excited. The marshal who was supervising their year group was very friendly, funny and engaged with the children. I would like to say a HUGE thank you to him (unfortunately do not know his name), as the children had a great experience and fun. He also reassured parents, that children were fine on the battlefield, and was coming to collect them from the break. Overall, great experience, and happy children (now asking to repeat the great experience).

Horrible salesmen who do not explain enough and they get pay for tickets you can't use unless you pay additional £240 for the bullets before even getting there... This is a total Scam, avoid this company whenever you meet their sales people. Horrible scammers they should be sued.

Jun 11,2024During the game, one individual behaved recklessly, shooting me from close range and causing an injury. The strange part was that the referees, who were quick to disqualify players for minor infractions, did nothing about this person's dangerous actions. Even after discussing the matter with the manager, there was no resolution, and the individual was allowed to continue playing. As a parent, I strongly advise against entrusting your children to the care of a few inexperienced and indifferent individuals.
