Dec 14,2023Normally don't write reviews but this company is awful. Went to look at prices at their stand in the Manchester Arndale and the guy we spoke to was very rude. Once he realised we were their to only inquire and not purchase, he said "Okay so your just here to waste my time then?". It was such a disgusting thing to say especially since we were just politely asking questions. Please don't bother with this company and book with someone else.

Dec 03,2023I generally don’t write reviews but I had to as The marshals were super rude. They don’t explain how the day will go prior to rushing you into the games. You go into the venue and are rushed into getting the equipment and bullets without any introduction or guidance. There is no one to help you figure out what you need and where to go. If you have bought extra bullets for ppl who are no shows they don’t give the bullets just credit it for your next visit. Games are rushed and no one scored or gave any results. Worse customer service I have ever received. Please don’t waste your money and trip.

Nov 13,2023Don’t not use or purchase from epicpaintballevents. We were miss sold a 2 packages costing £100 total. We were told what a good price to have 2 kids parties for so little. No hidden costs. Then when booking had to pay £11.99 each to actually play. Then was told that 100 balls wouldn’t be enough. Then was charged MORE hidden charges for booking fees. Terrible customer service. We asked for a refund but there was no chance. Don’t be scammed like we were. Literally can’t afford to use the thing we were sold. DO NOT USE EPIC PAINTBALLING EVENTS ! They are scum.

Oct 27,2023I purchased a paintball package and I’m upset because I was literally missold the package and told there’s no hidden costs until the customer service representative told me I need to pay a further £100 for the paintballs which should’ve been included, I couldn’t even get a refund because I was just a few days over 14 day cooling off period and the people who were supposed to go with me were unhappy and cancelled

Oct 26,2023We haven’t gone to Epic paintball yet but I can tell you my boys are so excited. I am leaving this review because we have always wanted to go paintballing but I couldn’t afford it but thanks to Chad’s great customer service he was able to make my son’s dream come true for his birthday. Chad’s service was top notch and I most say he has a very sweet mouth with a loving and generous personality. His great personality and sense of humour was what attracted us to the sales stand and I am so glad we stopped and noticed him. We got a very good and affordable deal, which we are all happy with. We look forward to attending the paintball, I will definitely be leaving another review about our experience there

Oct 25,2023TERRIBLE ! Don’t not use or purchase from #epicpaintballevents hard sell, misleading, terrible customer service and no chance of money back. Not transparent at all. We purchased two sets of cards from Southside Shopping centre in Wandsworth, for our son’s birthday party, at the time thought this seems to good to be true, but Chad, the rep, was dogmatic that their were no hidden costs. When we came to confirm the date for the party we called them and a very rude lady informed us we would need to pay over £1000 more for the paintballs with the number of people coming ?!?! We simply asked for a refused after contacted Chad and sending over images of the cards etc. Please don’t be fooled like we were. STAY CLEAR OF EPIC PAINTBALLING EVENTS !

Sep 28,2023Horrible customer service. I was booked to the wrong place despite explicitly asking for the Orpington center, I was booked to Upminster. Had to find out on the day after getting they and finding it locked. They said they would call back but never did and are now dodging my calls. Spent over £60 so far without any experience yet. Will not bother with them anymore.

Sep 21,2023Do not use this company, I was given incorrect information when I purchased these tickets. I was told I could book a full days play but after contacting the booking team I was told this wasn’t possible, I have since requested a refund which I still haven’t received after cancelling and requesting a refund 35 days and counting. I have called and spoke to numerous agents who have promised call backs and they have not called me back ? Do not use this company

Aug 22,2023yesterday (21st august 2023) at 3.08pm someone advertised epic paintball outside archway station in north london. he was with a small table/stand and banner. sadly i witnessed him cat calling a woman who was just on her way to the tube. whats most concerning is ..was his last comment (he was very excessive with his cat calls towards this lady)..."are you alone?".... very scary.. he was tall and strong builf. def goes to the gym. in his 30s im guessing. turkish or similar looking but north london accent absolutly unacceptable and chilling.
