Jan 27,2024I purchased tickets from a stall in 2023 in Swansea 10 tickets for 69.99 such a good deal. I’m now booking them for my son’s 16th birthday for him and some friends. Booking was easy through the chat. All in all I’ve had a very good experience.

Jan 25,2024I purchased the tickets from a representative at an event at my university. Chad was very chatty with a great sense of humour. He wrote on the ticket that I”m entitled to a 30% discount which turns out to be 10% only. I booked the event anyway, I’ll try to claim my 30% discount on the day and if I get it I’ll be happily increase my rating here.

Jan 24,2024Just booked for my sons 17th Birthday got a fantastic deal from their stand in stevenage 10 players for 69.99 saving £130 !! Well explained when we brought understood we would have to pay for the 1st 100 paintball on booking per player but works out a great saving Thsnk you Epic paintball events can't wait for the day

Jan 19,2024Untrustworthy. We were sold 20 tickets for £69.99 for a children’s birthday part and all was included except £11.99 for unlimited ammo. Went to book and was told because it’s for children the charge is £22.99 for 100 balls per child (£459.80) The tickets were purchased from their sales stand in Touchwood Solihull. Requesting refund as we’re within the 14 days cooling off. Untrustworthy and deceiving sales tactics

Jan 17,2024Absolutely scam! Got sold a “great deal” 10 tickets for £69.99 instead of £200 so I got two lots for my sons 16th birthday. Just went to book and they now want £11.99 per person as it only includes entrance and equipment hire. This was not mentioned once at the point of sale and he also said we could go to Brentwood. Seems the closest is Upminster. They’re refusing to refund so I’m taking it further. Seems from all these reviews it’s something they like to do regularly. This needs to stop now. We now have no money to rebook anything for my sons birthday! Fabulous thank you very much. Not exactly Epic. He’s going to be devastated. Don’t bother at all with this company. Take your custom elsewhere, they need to be shut down and stop scamming hard working people out of their money.
