Absolute Scam Honestly I feel mislead.I bought these tickets at £69.99 and was told it was a great deal.My children were exited too and they practically pressurised me into buying it.It says "Paintball" on the front page but THEY WANT YOU TO BUY PAINTBALLS SEPERATELY.How are they even allowed to get away with this?I could now either not use my tickets or spend £20 pp to get them paintballs. It's the biggest scam ever. I don't even know how they are allowed to get away with this since they don't even make this clear.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS.Customer service is the worst too.
Avoid this company at any cost. They say that refunds should be made within cooling period but they have made the process extremely complicated and their website is not functional making customer hostage. Its essentially a trap to avoid. We have not used their services but based on initial experience we are disappointed
I was shopping at ASDA a few weeks ago with my teenage son. My son spotted a stall selling paintball tickets. With some persuasion, we chatted to the chap called Dave, who explained everything to us. As it sounded a good deal and my son's 17th Birthday was coming up, I purchased a booklet of vouchers for £70. Last weekend my don went with 5 of his friends and his 2 cousins, 2 of them girls, and they all said that they had an amazing time. With full protection they didn't have the moans at being hurt, so all of them had fun. They don't stop talking about it and sharing pics. Good experience for them
I met paintball Dave at asda and he gave us a great deal. We looked in to the pricing and this deal saved us money. I've been paintballing before and we only got facemasks for protection but when we got there we had full head helmet and body armour so I did not get any bruises. It was much bigger than other places so lots of different challenges. I've still got 2 tickets left and might try a different centre soon.
I bought a book of 10 vouchers at County Fair, for 69.99. Told that it would get you £20 entry into paint balling locations, The reality is paint ball locations charge only £10 on average. when you by a 500 ball package for a birthday party it is only you only save £10, which means you will only save £3, Oh, they will also try to add a 'booking guarantee' charge of 6%. Overall this feels like I have been mis-sold
I was with my 10-year-old son and pressured into buying worthless £20 vouchers for Epic Paintball Events outside a supermarket, at £69.99. When I looked into it further and tried to book, I discovered that the cost of the activity was huge because you have to pay a lot for equipment hire and ammunition. .The whole thing was misleading and I felt scammed, I asked for a refund and received a full refund as I applied for it with 14 days of purchase.
Pls avoid at all cost and do not book with them. I wish I know what I know now with their customer and seeing thier online reviews, I wouldn’t have fell victim. I brought their vouchers at the SIDCUP Morrison few months back after one of their sales rep convinced us. Paid £69.99 and even had the a second voucher too at half price or so. Making two vouchers. Booked and I was charged extra booking and questioned the extra cost. Hence where my problem with them started. One of thier customer service named Linda was extremely rude, unprofessional and verbally abusive for raising my complaint with them on the phone. Then hanged up the phone. I am still waiting for a call back from them and my refund. Pls avoid at all cost
Was sold a voucher for £69.99 at Asda Chatham. No mention that this did not actually include the paintballs which are pretty crucial. Advertise paintballs at £11.99 per 100 but this is nowhere near enough. Need at least 500 for the session. Purchased for £26.39 each child online but only because I asked if 100 were enough. It’s more if you buy them at the venue. The session was advertised 2-5pm so thought not bad for 3 hours however it’s now 3.17pm and they haven’t even started. Waited here for an hour for people to suit up and buy their paintballs then another 20 mins for safety explanation. The staff however have been very good as was Stephanie when booking but there are only 3 of them which is not really enough. I would come again but wouldn’t bother turning up at 2pm as it’s now 3.25pm and they’ve only just gone down to play! Not really good enough and feel misled on what I had purchased. I only brought 4 children here today and that cost £106 for the paintballs. I have 16 tickets left to use so by the time I’ve used them all this £69.99 paintball experience will have cost £600 - and would have been a lot more if there were adults involved as the paintball package for them is £44.99!!! Not really what I signed up for. Want to reiterate though that the limited number of staff here have been very good.
Awesome team! Very helpful! Recommended 100%
luke was an amazing salesman very helpful and bubbly paintball prices clearly explained
Luke has been amazing in helping me, would recommend, paintball prices were clearly explained!
I bought the vouchers for 69.99 at a shopping centre in West Bromwich last year. The salespeople convinced us it was a good deal. However after turning up for the paintballing session, we were informed that 100 paintballs were not going to be enough for 3 games and we felt pressurised to pay an additional £20 for each person in our group, which was nearly £200 in total! I feel there was some mis-selling when the salespeople in the shopping centres were promoting this offer and that’s not fair to people who could not afford to pay extra. On top of that I got an injury on my chin and another child got shot on the back by his own team member just because some other players were trying to finish their bullets. I called a few times and I was told the bullets are a lower grade - child friendly apparently? I still don’t think they are safe enough for children, and feel it’s imperative children are given the extra safety gear to include padding and gloves. This should not come at an extra cost! I don’t think I’ll ever be going again and I think people should be aware of all this prior to booking and making this commitment.
It is our first experience of interaction regarding paint balls. Luke at Centre MK has been amazing. Paint ball prices clearly explained. Highly recommended
luke was amazing today, fantastic information and made my son’s birthday amazing! paintball prices clearly explained.
I got my tickets through Ryan which he was very helpful and gave me a deal which I couldn’t turn down I had one of the best experiences at delta force since I bought them tickets 100% recommended.
They are absolutely f**king s**t. A lot of them are f**king b*stards. They have got no sympathy for anyone. So what happened was I bought my tickets in February £139.98 And I was all set to go in September. Between February and now I have broken my ankle and will need surgery in the future to fix it and will put me out walking for a couple of years as I have seriously damaged my ankle. When I spoke to epic paintball event and explained to them what had happened and that I would want my money back, they said no and they didn’t really care. I understand if I would just change my mind, but I haven’t. I want to go but due to medical reasons I can’t they won’t give me my money back so I can’t use them. So I have just now wasted £139.98 for nothing. If you want to go in the future, don’t go with these b*stards because the absolute d*ckhead they got no empathy for anyone all I care about is getting your f**king money and that’s it. They don’t give a s**t.
Came across Luke at ASDA cambridge who sold me the idea of an off the couch summer discounted holiday at the paintball. He clearly explained the prices and my kids have always been talking about this. I'm grateful they are now going to have a great experience. Thanks Luke

Sep 14,2024Purchased the vouchers at Comic-Con in November 2023. Booked it for September 2024 and didn’t achieve anything like a good day out. My kids and their friends loved it but it is a bit pricey. Topped with the fact that the instructions are read by a Marshall that I felt didn’t really want to be there. Very lacklustre and although he’s read it off a script 10000 times, it was our first experience which made me feel quite deflated. Even before we started. The balls are pricey. I got the Commando package which was £90 and included 500 balls (that lasted the first event). A smoke grenade, a paint grenade and a flash bomb which all had the equivalent power of a Christmas cracker. This package also included a utility jacket that didn’t fit properly and had only one extra pocket that was useful. The only bonus was the gloves that were padded. I went in a group of 5. We were not told that the extra balls needed to be paid for and as such the 100 balls last around 5 minutes. The extra balls for all of us and the package came to £190.00. All of which lasted all of us around an hour. 1.5 events for some of us and all I kept hearing from the other teams was how quick the balls went. The rules were not followed. You put your hand up to state you’re hit and people keep firing at you. As you’re an easy target and not hiding away or in cover. The guns kept jamming and one of the party I was with took my gun which in itself was not aimed right. The scope was dark and dirty and you couldn’t see anything essential with regards to aiming properly. My final gripe was the fact that if you wear glasses you don’t get any head protection. My 13 year old son was shot in the back of the head twice. After that he quit. Ruined the total experience for him. Not the greatest experience and you are mis-sold the whole game. You THINK the balls you pay for are enough. But they’re not. You’re handed a piece of paper and told “this is what you’ll need to pay for each of you” by some young lads who obviously aren’t paid enough to care. I wouldn’t bother if I were you. Unless you have around £500 spare cash for a group of 5 people. In total we were there an hour. Then we left without anyone asking about the experience.
