Nov 07,2013Delivery was very quick and the price for the ceiling mounted shower and concealed 2 way valve was the best i found anywhere. The guarantee seems pretty good and lengthy, so hopefully no problems in the future.

Nov 04,2013I discovered Ergonomic Designs last year and have returned to them again and again ... their staff are really helpful and very knowledgeable and have helped us to achieve the bathroom of our dreams !! Nothing was too much trouble and their service was really efficient .... Sorry to sound too enthusiastic but really am a fan !! Thanks again ..

Nov 02,2013This is the second time we have ordered from ergonomic designs,and I have to say the service is top class , very prompt and kept us very well informed of our exact delivery time which was excellent next day delivery, the products are of very good quality too.if anyone is thinking of ordering from ergonomics then I would strongly recomend them as you will be pleasantly supprised by the great service and most importantly the quality of the products .

Nov 02,2013The shower we ordered can very quickly and seem to be good quality and value for money. However it is a combination of an exposed and semi concealed thermostatic shower it came in many parts with no instructions. Me and my husband are buddy DIYers we will have to see if we can work it out, if not we have to get back to ergonimic's or niku for technical advice

Oct 09,2013I ordered a replacement shower, at an excellent price, which I needed pretty quickly from Ergonomic Designs at lunchtime on a Thursday. I received an e mail receipt and delivery tracking details which gave the delivery time of between 13-46 and 14-46 the following day. At 13-43 the shower was delivered to my door. You can't do better than that.

Oct 04,2013Bought nice shower valve from them. Arrived on time, well packaged. Very heavy solid metal, looks great quality. I later needed to buy shower hose and head and rang them. Got immediately through to someone who knows their stuff and made the right suggestions for me. In the meantime I'd lost two parts of the valve - solid chrome bits - which they sent to me free of charge with the new order. Got the order confirmation seconds later. Got the tracking info complete with a 1 hour time slot, the driver's name and mobile. Package arrived when they said it would. All arrive undamaged, good quality and OK price. All fitted and looks great. Compared to the last firm I dealt with (see my other reviews) they are a breath of fresh air. Will be going back to these guys.

DPD lost our parcel but it was sorted by Ergonomic Designs very quickly with no issues and they communicated throughout the process. Waiting for the shower to be installed but can't wait to us it!!
