May 12,2014There is a great choice of mixer kits on the website. It meant that I could just choose the one that suited my requirements. In fact I bought 3 shower mixer kits! When they arrived which was earlier than expected, although they were all in white boxes I managed to sort out which bit went with each shower set. Would buy from this Company again.

May 08,2014Che dire ...all'inizio ero un po' scettico, visto che questa era un azienda che non avevo mai visto ne sentito, oltretutto fuori dai confini italiani, per cui la mia paura nel cadere in una fregatura era alta, visto anche gli ottimi prezzi, super convenienti rispetto a quelli che applicano qui in Italia. Sono rimasto molto contento, velocissimi nella spedizione, pagato con Paypal, e , loro hanno spedito subito il giorno dopo, sicchè in meno di 5 gg ho ricevuto la merce, tramite Bartolini. Quindi sito stra-consigliato. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

May 07,2014Found this cheeky wee shower whilst surfing the net and I'm really glad I did. I called the help dept of this company and they answered all my relevent questions prior to ordering and were extremely helpful and polite too. We all love it, the colour, the design and especially the LED-even the plumber was envious and couldnt wait to show us it working. We purchased this shower from Ergonomic Designs at a good price, it seems well made and sturdy and fashionable at the same time. The order arrived superfast and was fitted within days, no hesitation in recommending this company.

Would recommend this company with no hesitation. They don't need any training in customer care, they have it sorted. This company deserves all the success, am really impressed. Well done.

Feb 17,2014We ordered very late Thursday night and the products arrived on Monday morning after receiving an email telling us the time. The company are very helpful in giving advice when you phone them. Their prices are competitive. There is not much to say other than everything went well. I was very impressed with this company because before them I used another company who made me take four days off work to receive a delivery. They also sent an email informing me delivery would be between 8am and 5pm then when they failed they said it would be the next day and the next and then only delivered on the fourth.

Jun 20,2014After browsing the web for a few days looking for a full new bathroom suite, I was hovering over the "Complete Payment" button on another Bathroom website. It was a very convincing website, and the "countdown sale" timer had me almost hooked... A thought then occurred to me after my terrible experience last year with a kitchen appliance dealer when I attempted(!) to buy a washing machine and which turned into a disaster I better check TrustPilot for reviews... So I found out this other Bathroom company was ranked 114 out of 140, 7.4 out of 10, and their unsatisfied reviews read exactly as they did for that terrible Kitchen Appliance company (which very soon later closed up shop and left a lot of people out of pocket). Failed deliveries, broke promises, shoddy/damaged goods, bare face lies and contempt for customers when they did complain. So obviously my basket there was never completed, I had a very fortunate escape thanks to TrustPilot and its members' reviews, and instantly scrolled up to the Top 10 of Bathroomg to see who was up there. And so I found E.D. Everything was delivered EXACTLY as promised. I had spent over £4000, and we had multiple deliveries for the different items as they were coming from various delivery companies for the fragile & large, heavy goods (stone bath) etc. Every single delivery day/time was met just as promised and from delivery companies I had faith in from the start, D.P.D., Parcel-Force. etc. Not a hitch. Also, having had time to study the "important" components of our new bathroom that may require maintenance (e.g. the thermostatic vales and wall tap mountings), I have found to my delight that E.D. branded products themselves are of extremely high quality using 3rd part,y quality U.K manufactured and approved components (eg. Val-Quest SQ50) and easily serviceable and/or replaceable without the need for major re-plumbing or removal of wall tiles in the event of major problems. The tap fitting themselves also appear to be of very high standards and materials and their mixer tap product documentation explains exactly why you should not cut costs for things like this. This is very reassuring considering my taps are mounted inside a wall which is tiled at £70/sqm! I was no expert on this before my purchase, and I can only consider myself lucky I bought the "right parts for the job" on this one. Again my past (and present) experience of TrustPilot reviews looks like it has saved me from possibly seriously disruptive repairs in the years to come. (I would not like to have to re-tile a £1000 wall for the sake of a malfunctioned thermo-valve or leaking tap!) So I am sure I have received much better value for money and I have had a completely stress free shopping experience for our new bathroom. This is exactly the way it should be done when you are depending on a reliable service with other dependencies (builders, plumbers). Many thanks E.D. and Trust Pilot, this has restored my faith in online shopping for important items such as this.
