Nov 18,2024Very good experience, after ordering a shower mixer from another supplier on Tuesday I was informed the following day that they didn’t have it in stock. Following a quick search online I came across economic designs which had the same tap in stock, I placed the order on Wednesday and it was delivered on Friday at 8am, great service and speedy delivery.

Nov 12,2024URGENT UPDATE! THIS DIABOLICAL COMPANY PROMISED TO HAVE THE FAULTY AND LEAKING PIPE DELIVERED BY THE 25th NOVEMBER 2024! IT IS NOW THE 26th NOVEMBER AND YET AGAIN THIS DIABOLICAL SHAMBLES HAS LET US DOWN. NOTHING WAS DELIVERED & WE ARE STILL WITHOUT A TOILET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ACTION IS BEING TAKEN AGAINST THIS DIABOLICAL AND VILE COMPANY! THIS DIABOLICAL COMPANY WENT ON TO HARASS ME TO REMOVE MY REVIEW WHICH I REFUSED. SEE YOU IN COURT! Ordered several bathroom items from this diabolical company. Plumber fitted the High Level Toilet only to find water spraying up the wall due to a PIN HOLE in the brass down flush pipe leaving my family without a toilet. Contacted customer service department only to be told to email. Emailed the same department only to receive a message on the computer screen. Minutes later an email arrived from this diabolical company telling me they will be looking into it. This doesn't help my family who are now left with NO TOILET FACILITIES at all. If I have not heard within 24 hours this will be taken to TRADING STANDARDS! I'm hoping this company will send a replacement pipe via courier before I escalate this case. Avoid at all costs!

Nov 12,2024Diabolical customer service. I ordered a complete bathroom suite including a shower cubicle. The horizon Scarlett Traditional High Level Toilet brass down/flush pipe has a PIN HOLE and this is the ONLY WC in the house! When toilet is flushed, water sprays out of the brass flush/down pipe and the toilet is now unusable. Pointless calling by phone because we are told to email, emailed and now waiting for the return call or email and left without a TOILET! This is the FIRST and LAST time I shall order through this diabolical shambles and I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO TRADING STANDARDS!!!!!!!!!!! Ergonomic Designs have NOT heard the last of this, GUARANTEED.

Nov 01,2024I bought a shower tray and it's perfect but the trap couldn't be used as the connector is a fixed angle, and we didn't know this until the installation was undertaken, I asked to return the unused trap to be advised that returns are only accepted 14 days from delivery .. of course I bought several weeks in advance of the install.. Somewhat disappointing to now have to throw the trap away whoch cost £45
