May 19,2012I got a shower head with LED lights in and also a thermastatic control all comming off an Combi boiler. All worked Ok when fitted. The price was good and the quality appears good.

May 19,2012I ordered a Tavistock shower cubicle from this company in February. The price was very competitive. In fact, it was over £300 cheaper than anywhere else I tried for the same thing, and it also came with free postage! Having placed my order, I then rang the company to confirm a delivery date, my call was answered straight away and the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly, polite & efficient. The shower enclosure arrived safe & sound on a pallet a few days later. All in all, I can't fault the service I received - the product is brilliant, service impeccable and I have no hesitation to recommending this company. I shall be using them again myself for my next bathroom project.

May 19,2012I ordered a chrome rad online which was on a 3 day delivery , when it did not arrive on the 3rd day I reported the fact it appears there was a mix up by the carrier company and a new rad was dispatched that day on a 24 hour delivery. So no complaints great product excellent service. Owning a supply company myself I know problems occur on occasion it's how they are resolved that counts

I think they make a point of only selling good Quality kit which I need as I am a Designer/fitter and I need reliable and well designed product. I could go on but to sum up...Highly recommended!!!

Their goods are of the highest quality, Ive just purchased shower enclosure and tray and these are very fashionable, of high standard and are exactly as illustrated on their website. They are very professional and delivery is fantastic. They are also very very helpful in illustrating their explaining their goods for sale. Great company and extremely helpful!!! Well definitely purchase more from them in the future.

May 18,2012Professional, friendly, extremely knowledgable... and let's not forget patient!!! Delivery service excellent. I had a few issues with my shower, due to pump problems and so had to ring ergonomic design on a few occassions and they were absolutely fantastic. This company was recommended to me by a work colleague and I would definately recommend them to anyone else.
