Feb 04,2014I was a little bit sceptical about the quality I was going to receive considering the price I was paying but thought "What harm can it do, I can always send it back for a refund". Well what I can say is "Believe all the reviews - I have received a great quality product at an exceptional price in under 24 hours". If like me you browse the net for days looking for a great product for a great price and you've found this site - I suggest you save yourself some time and look no further.

Feb 02,2014Ergonomic designs staff were friendly and helpful. They really knew their products and understood what I wanted. Together we quickly agreed the custom design of a shower that fitted my needs exactly. I am just installing it and know that it will work as beautifully as it looks. Best of all It is incredible value for money - What more can I say?

Feb 01,2014Ordered a 'design your own' shower package. Arrived very quickly and it looks like a very good quality product, although it hasn't been installed yet. Appears to be great value for money compared with similar products I've seen online. Fingers crossed that this is still the case once it is installed. UPDATE - Shower now installed. Found that, even on the coldest setting, the water was way too hot. (I think my plumber may have accidentally adjusted the factory setting whilst installing). I called the after sales department, and a very nice (and patient) man talked me through the process of making the adjustment to the temperature on the thermostatic valve. Even as a total novice plumber, this was really simple to do once it had been explained. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again.

Dec 03,2013The sales rep was knowledgeable, clear spoken and very polite. I bought a massage shower with 6 body jets which requires high pressure and flow rates to work correctly. The sales rep first established that I had enough pressure and flow before trying to sell the item. Well done for not trying to sell me something that may have been a major disappointment if I hadn’t got the pressure and flow rates to make it work. I ordered it in the morning and it arrived next day. A quality product at a good price from a good company. Many thanks.

From the moment I spoke to the lady on the phone I was feeling reassured that they knew how to conduct business, and throughout the whole process to delivery I was not disappointed. In fact I have never bothered to reply to a survey on service , but for once I thought this company deserved It. My experience in one word , fantastic !.
