Sep 01,2014We ordered an ergonomic designs three way mixer, over head shower, bath filler and hand mixer for bath shower and waterfall tap for basin (led style). All items were excellent design & quality, fantastic value for money and straightforward to install. We will be ordering again.

Jul 22,2014It was very easy to order the item and the delivery was quick and flexible. After opening the package, the mixer shower valve that I ordered was missing one of the small levers needed to spin the mixer dial. However, people from Ergonomics Design promptly delivered a second package containing the missing piece.

Jul 21,2014Very pleased with my shower valves and order process. Unfortunately delivery to the Highlands was not perfect. I opted to collect from depot and received email to confirm time for pick up but the directions to the depot were wrong and when I arrived they had no knowlege of the arrangement. To be fair the final delivery company were excellent and made a real effort to find my parcel before it left the depot for delivery which would have been some ten hours later that day. Ergonomic Designs followed up and did everything they could to rectify the situation. Full Marks!!

Jul 19,2014As a bathroom fitter always on the lookout for good suppliers. The shower valve was extremely good quality and probably the lowest price on the internet. I didn't expect to get a one hour slot delivery for the next day, rather than waiting in all day which was an added bonus. Will definately use again.

Jun 28,2014We found ourselves in the unexpected postion of requiring a new sink whilst having a kitchen make over when the fitters unexpectedly found our current one had a hairline split. We found the Frankie Sink we wanted on Ergonomic Designs website at £100 less than other suppliers. They promised to deliver the sink within 48 hours, but actually got it to us within just over 24 hours. The quality of the sink was even better than described, our fitters were very impressed.
