Feb 02,2021I turned to escape hot tubs after being let down by another company, always a bit cautious about buying something like this on line, but took the plunge and spoke on the phone to both Ryan and Chris, they answered all my questions in a very professional and knowledgeable way including possible delivery date, but at no point did I feel pressured, after long discussions with the wife I phone the boys back and and ordered the kirkboro tub and was given a confirmed delivery date, during this time the team kept in touch by phone and sent me all the paperwork and instructions on working my new tub, the day before delivery I received a call to confirm address and time and as promised the guys turned up exactualy on time, the delivery team were fantastic ans moved the tub 3 times to ensure we were satisfied with the posistion while taking us through the how to use instructions and did not leave until we were 100% happy, being a new tubber, I have phone the guys at escape 3 times for advise and they have been very helpful, now we are settled the tub is fantastic, great value for money and is used daily, a big thankyou the Ryan and Chris at escape hot tubs, I would recommend you to anyone. From beginning to end Ryan and his team were absolutely outstanding ,the service and sales from Escape hot tubs have been second to none and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying a hot tub now or in the future , The process for us had not been easy due to garden not finished due to lockdowns then weather,but this was no issue for Ryan everything was easily re arranged and delivered on time and set up just can’t thank him enough this has changed our lives many many thanks once again Darren and Nicola Law

Installed politely and efficiently following covid guidelines. Ryan followed up after installation to check everything was as we expected. Would highly recommend.

Feb 02,2021I was a little annoyed that the delivery men refused to site the hot tub. I sent out access pictures they clearly showed what needed to be done and nobody said that there would be an issue this meant that I had to store the hot tub on my drive overnight until I could hire a crane to position it, also I am still waiting for my free champagne and flutes. Having said this I am pleased with the hot tub.
