Jun 28,2024The company was employed to shut down my hot tub and winterise it in December 2023. I booked the service for when I was available to see them do it but whoever took the booking failed to put it in the diary. I contacted them when they didn't arrive and was given another date when I was unfortunately not going to be present. I trusted that they would do the work as described on their website. On 26th June 2024 I booked them to do a Rise and Shine to reinstate the hot tub. Craig their engineer on this occasion was fantastic, unfortunately he had to do twice the work he should have because the shut down had not been done properly. It looked as if all that had been done was the water emptied and three sheets of cling film wrapped around the tub. It was mouldy inside and the smell was disgusting. Craig spent the next three hours trying to clean the residue that had been left inside the tub and its pipes, reconnecting the Bluetooth which had been disconnected and getting the tub ready to use. The star grades are for Craig who is a star. I contacted the company when Craig was here and was promised a phone call back before the end of the day. I am still waiting for the call back!!!!

Jun 27,2024I ordered a replacement filter for my hot tub from them. Having not heard from them regarding the delivery, I contacted them by email, they responded immediately and explained that they were having issues with the supplier but assured me they were expecting delivery by the end of the week. I received a delivery within two or three days and found that they had upgraded my order. Very happy with the communication and customer service, will be using them again.

The following day i was messaged and Contact was made regarding my order and delivery. Email sent to explaine what would be needed our end. On day of delivered we were kept upto date with arrival time and the instalation was polite professional fully explained and questions answered.Higly recommended fantastic service from start to finish. Every member of staff was amazing.
