Chris and Ryan have been extremely helpful throughout the ordering process and once the tub was installed they were checking up to make sure everything was ok. Both were contactable outside of normal working hrs which is a great service that other companies don’t provide . If you are going to buy a hot tub then you should go to escape hot tubs as the service is 10 out of 10 ! I would definitely recommending escape hot tubs.

Sep 14,2020From the initial site visit , electric installation,Payment and final installation Ryan was Excellent, Helpful and Excellent communication. Ryan helped us with the electrics by putting us in touch with SCE Electrical who managed to fit us in within a few days and did a very professional job. The whole process was stress free and the Hot Tub arrived within 3 weeks.

On our first day of setting up as we had to have the tub before the electrian installed the electric. He called me to assist me through settings. Even out of hours he replied to questions I had. Ryan was amazing support before and after sales he defo went up and beyond to help. The tubs amazing the service is more than I could ask for. TOP GUYS!
