Jun 23,2021From order to delivery (a tiny 10 days) Escape were very responsive on all my questions. There are so many suppliers of hot tubs out there but we are very pleased we chose Escape. The install team were great and only a couple more hours to wait for it to heat up and use for the first time.

Apr 20,2021I had my Tub delivered on the 16th the team were great and provided all the information I needed. If you are new to Hot Tubs? I am new to the hot tub world and when starting to look was amazed at how many companies there are. I spent days researching and calling companies but kept having niggles of concern about the service they provide and some poor feedback. By luck I came across the Escape Hot Tubs website, when talking to Chris and Ryan I was given the information I needed and more to make my decision. what a decision, I should have done this years ago. The service from the team so far has been 5star the Tub is fantastic, I would highly recommend for the service and value for money. THANK YOU!

Apr 10,2021If you want a professional service from start to finish, then this is the company to use. Had a Oakboro II installed by Tommy & Lewis who took the time to make sure it was all perfect. Any questions along the way were promptly answered by Ryan or Chris. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Feb 13,2021Excellent piece of garden kit. All questions answered from the beginning by Ryan and quick response. The delivery date was changed a few times without issue after the order was placed, initially due to the electrical 32amp side where the 1st electricians said both the house consumer units needed upgrading. One unit original and one relatively new , i checked the regulations and the new one could have an rcbo fitted .Sorted with another electrician. So there was a delay and Ryan sorted another date. Then we postponed our overseas trip so date brought forward OK. I was a bit surprised that BWS did the installation but did a great job and warranty in place. The only comment was that the BWS team sucked their teeth a bit about the 1/2 metre step up to the decking saying they had not seen the photos i sent, anyway they built a temporary ramp and job done. I had previously been advised to move a garden bush which i did for the access. There was a discussion about the job being a full installation but team was not aware about doing the Bilboa panel explanation, anyway contacted Ryan and restrictions did not allow at site so done over the phone OK. The manual is a bit poor but reading it several times helps. Missing spare filter arrived. So overall great service.

Feb 11,2021We had been researching hot tubs and suppliers for months and when we came across Escape Hot Tubs we realised they did the most suitable hot tub size for our garden access, with our preferred seating configuration, the right amount and position of jets, powered by two Stormforce9 pumps, which could be hard wired, all at a great price. It ticked all the boxes but we kept looking for a catch. However, we couldn’t believe our luck when we found it was in stock and could be delivered and installed within 2 weeks. The two guys that delivered, installed and set up the hot tub were both professional, friendly, polite, answering our questions and making sure we understood everything before they left. Fast forward 3 weeks - best decision we’ve made, love it!! We cannot recommend Escape Hot Tubs highly enough for their overall service and quality of our Skyboro II hot tub. Outstanding product and a great experience!

Feb 10,2021From start to finish service has been great, Spoke to Ryan mostly and he was spot on, The guys who did the delivery was very friendly and answered all my questions and everything was explained. Had a issue after a few weeks and I spoke to Chris and this issue was dealt with straight away. One happy hot tube family. Roll on the nice weather tho. Defo recommend.

Feb 09,2021Decided to use Escape Hot Tubs after doing a lot of of homework & reading reviews etc. When i initially paid the deposit. i was offered a delivery within 2 weeks,which was too soon for us due to concrete waiting to cure. We agreed a time & the tub was delivered on time & set up within 3 hours. Really glad we chose Escape. Would recommend.

But soon sorted with a phone call. Plus the promise of a bottle of champagne 🍾 was a fabulous way too enjoy the hot 🔥 tub . Would definitely have know problem recommending this company.
