Oct 22,2024I received 6 dresses. I was advised to order one size up.from my usual UK size. One dress was perfect for my wedding. The other a bit long. The other 3 dresses were for my daughter on a surprise choice of Ever Pretty. 3 for £30. Two were great but the other colour didn't suit her. Still a good price. Fabric was good.

Oct 22,2024I ordered two dresses but they were both to small ..i went on their web site and did live chat ..they sent me all the information for me to return them ...which was quite easy to follow and with in a days of sending dresses i received my refund ...i had no proplems ..and would recommend them

Oct 22,2024I ordered the wrong dress they exchanged it quickly and I got it in enough time for my sister wedding it was still kinda big but over all it was great, I would order one size smaller then what the size suggests. But I also lost a lot of weight, over all everyone loves my dress!

Oct 20,2024I received my order, but it isn’t a good fit, I want to return it and followed on line link. It said it wasn’t recognised. I called the number, just an answer machine. I did hope it would be easier to send items back than it appears to be. Having written the above review, I received a call and instructions on how to return my item. I have since received a refund, but had to pay return posting with tracking. Such a relief that I was able to return an item and they have since called again to see if the money is in my account.

Oct 20,2024I bought my maid of honor dress from here. Shipped within 24 hours and had my dress 3 days later. When I received it unfortunately it didn't fit just right. The exchange was super easy. They sent me introductions within 24 hours and then sent me tracking for the new dress within 48 hours. They shipped it expedited so I got my dress 2 days later. Customer service was easy to work with, efficient and super nice. Will order from them again.

Oct 19,2024I purchased two beautiful dresses for a recent black tie wedding. They arrived just in time. I got so many compliments, I felt like a beauty queen. I returned one and I have to say Ever-Pretty's customer service is top-notch. They answered all my questions every single time I reached out to them, they gave me clear directions on what to do. I would purchase more dresses from them, they are well-designed and fabulous clothing.

Oct 18,2024Great customer service. Didnt realise dresses were shipped from China via air so would make me think twice about ordering again as it's not very environmentally friendly. However the service has been great.

Oct 18,2024I needed some fancy dresses for a family wedding and engagement parties etc. We all have budgets to follow and Ever=Pretty gave me a lot of beauty for a reasonable price. The dresses looked like the photo online. They don't always. They were cut so it laid attractively when on me. I was so relieved. I received a lot of compliments too.

Oct 18,2024I have ordered dresses for a few special occasions from Ever-Pretty. Always had excellent customer service, beautiful dresses that I can’t fault and easy, quick refund method. Emails are always responded to very quickly and efficiently. Great website! I have recommended to many friends. My daughter-in-law (to be) is very impressed with the range of bridesmaid dresses, and likes that there’s many styles to suit every shape in the same colour range.
