Oct 26,2024I purchased a dress in two different sizes since I didn’t know which would fit me for a Navy Ball. The dresses arrived kinda quickly, and to my surprise one of the dresses fit me almost perfectly didn’t even need to be hemmed. I didn’t like that I had to pay for the return of the other dress, but my money was refunded quickly as well. I would probably consider buying from this site again for next year‘s ball.

Oct 26,2024After returning dress which was ordered incorrectly by me, the returns team acted immediately and refund appeared within 3-5 days. Would definitely recommend.

Oct 26,2024I ordered 2 dresses on different days both arrived and used the tracking which was spot on. Both dress fit perfectly true to size. On one of the invoices one parcel had the wrong postcode however it was relabed and arrived. Customer service was great too .

Oct 25,2024Upon needing to return 2 dresses to the company (no fault of their own, I ordered the wrong sizes) their customer support had been excellent! Very clear and helpful in getting the dresses returned to them and a refund issued! Will definitely shop again!

Oct 24,2024Sizing is way off from standard sizes and the returns process was painful and expensive, they don’t provide returns labels or cover the cost of returns, and top of that, they charge a re-stocking fee (min 10%) if you send back multiple dresses

Oct 24,2024They were very quick to respond to my issue. I had ordered a dress through Amazon and received the wrong dress. I then went directly to ever pretty and again received the wrong dress. Time was running out before my son’s wedding. I ended up using one of the dresses and paying for alterations that cost as much as the dress! I would try using them again, but only one more chance.

The quality is really good and good value for money compared to other suppliers. The exchange process was easy and my new dress is on its way. I would definitely buy from Every-Pretty again.

Oct 23,2024I ordered a dress to wear at my daughters wedding. The fit was perfect for me but I would say the sizes come up a little small. Unfortunately the colour wasn't right for me so had to return. Quality of dress was good but not happy about having to pay return postage. Didnot realise this when ordering so probably will not buy from them again as items are quite expensive to start with.

Oct 23,2024I loved the fit and quality of the dresses that I purchased. When I returned one of the dresses due to fitting me a bit too big, the CS department gave me the credit back to my card immediately after they received the returned item. I strongly recommend this brand. Thank you Maggie

Oct 23,2024I bought a bridesmaids dress from everpretty but I used it as my wedding dress. It was absolutely beautiful and well worth the money. The only problem was the sizing is extremely small. I had to return and order 3 sizes bigger! However, once I got the right size, the dress was beautiful. The dress I returned was refunded, no problem, but it did take over 2 weeks to receive the refund.

It was beautiful fabric and was a comfortable style! Customer service was great to work with in returning the one dress. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company! The prices are extremely reasonable!
