Dec 04,2023I received my items before the time I was given. I would recommend going up a size or two. Only 2 of the dresses fit and unfortunately my event was canceled so I did return all the dresses, but will plan on ordering through them again if a formal event comes up. The return process was very easy and they stayed in contact with me through it all.

Dec 02,2023Bought a dress to wear in my sister’s wedding. I bought two to make sure I got the right size and then returned the one that didn’t fit. The quality of the dresses from this company is amazing and the price was very reasonable! The return process was very smooth, as I made sure to follow the clear and simple instructions they provided. The customer service folks were very friendly and responsive. I did have to pay for return postage, but that wasn’t a problem as I knew I would return one of the dresses. Overall, an excellent experience! I’ll definitely buy from Ever Pretty again!

Dec 02,2023I had ordered a couple dresses for my daughter’s wedding. The one from Ever Pretty was great quality and fit perfectly. While I loved this dress, I decided the other was closer to the theme. The return process was very easy, and my emails were acted upon very quickly.

WhenI got the confirmation email I saw I’d ordered the wrong size by mistake and went onto the chat to see if I could change it. They responded immediately and changed the size on the order straightaway. I was delighted with the prompt helpful service!!

Nov 29,2023I ordered a beautiful dress for my company's Gala and it was too small. 😒 I was devastated. I immediately contacted customer service and they were so helpful. Another dress in my size was sent as soon as I sent the original dress back. Now my dress will arrive tomorrow.😊 Thank you for caring and being on top of my concerns.👍You're a great company which I'll certainly do business with again! 😁

Nov 27,2023I ordered 6 bridesmaid dresses. They are beautiful. Lovely fabric & very well made. 3 of the 6 needed exchanging but the process was really easy. Just waiting for the replacements now. I would recommend this company & will be using them again.

Nov 27,2023I found this Website-Jem from a pop-up ad! And I love it! They have so so many styles and are definitely Curvy girl friendly. Not everything worked and i did have to make a couple of returns but the process was so easy. I will definitely shop more with them !

Nov 27,2023Fast service, unfortunately dress didn’t fit, tried to sort out sending back via their pick up points, although showed my nearest convenient one, couldn’t get it to work. Emailed, had quick response, but had to take it to post office and pay to return. It would have been nice to have a printed postage sent via email. Awaiting replacement dress, hoping it’s going to fit. Purchased a dress from here last year, everything great.

Nov 27,2023I have bought a couple of dresses from ever-pretty recently and unfortunately had to send them back as too big/small . I have to say that the customer service has been excellent . They have responded quickly and have refunded me in a very timely manner . It says on their website refunds May take 5-10 days but I m happy to say that in both instances my refund was in my bank account within 3 days of them receiving goods back . Admittedly I emailed them a copy of the POD as soon as I received it , but they acted on it very quickly . I was initially very sceptical about buying from them as they are essentially a Chinese run company I believe . But their customer service has been amazing and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Nov 27,2023I LOVED the dress I ordered from this site! It was a little big but that was only a me thing haha! The customer service was great too. I ended up going with a different dress for a wedding party, but customer service was super helpful and responded promptly. The only reason for the 4 stars was because I needed to pay for return shipping. Even then, it wasn’t very much!

Nov 15,2023Ordered 3 dresses for bridesmaids material wasn’t the best quality so requested a return. I was then informed if returning 3-4 dresses the company will retain a percentage for restocking them and I would also have to pay for returning postage.. Save yourself the disappointment. Cheap looking dresses and cheap customer care

Nov 13,2023the dress arrived quickly and didn’t work out so I had to return it. But every rep I communicated with was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I followed their email instructions exactly and my purchase price (less return shipping) was credited within two days. (The email had said it could take up to 10 business days, but maybe that’s if you don’t repackage everything the way they ask you to.) It wasn’t hard, and I would buy from them again even though you can’t return in-store to Belk.
