Jan 11,2024Pour le prix, c'est correct ! J'ai commandé deux robes, en hésitant sur les tailles (il semblerait que ça taille assez grand) et je n'ai même pas eu besoin d'ouvrir la 2nd. Le service client est très efficace et m'a remboursé tout à fait dans les temps.

I required the next size up for 2 of the bridesmaid dresses, I received prompt responses on my query and once I returned the dresses received the new dresses the next day! Great service and lovely dresses. Would 100% use again in future.

Jan 07,2024I was recommended this website to buy some bridesmaid dresses. When I ordered the dresses, they did not give me any indication on when they would be shipped or a choice on standard / express delivery. I emailed them asking what the delivery timescales were as I was never given a choice nor does it state on the order confirmation email shipping times. The dresses were shipped fast however with 3 different couriers. I received an email and text this morning from FedEx that I need to pay £86.89 in import fees. I was so shocked, I checked the website and it states if you select Express Delivery you may have to pay import fees. I got straight onto customer service who were so unhelpful and showed no empathy whatsoever. I explained I had sent an email the day I ordered as I was given no choice on shipping timescales and asked when they would be delivered. They said they never received this email and would have to look into it and the import fees and come back to me within 48 hours. Having read reviews further and this awful experience so far, I want to now cancel my order and have my money refunded so I can shop elsewhere. I went on live chat again asked if the order can be cancelled instead but ‘they are still looking into it’. This was a large portion of my wedding savings that I had spent on this website, as I ordered several different styles for my bridesmaids to try on. I am now so stressed out and upset and worried I might not get my money back. Customer service don’t care of your situation despite me telling them how upset I was. I have lost all faith in this company and I would like a full refund. Order number - EPSITEUK222862

Dec 31,2023The dresses we ordered (2 of the same dress in different sizes) arrived faster than expected and were lovely, but sadly didn’t fit or really suit my daughter. Trying to start the refund process wasn’t that easy, but once I got past the initial contact point the process was pretty straight forward, with regular status updates throughout. All the staff I dealt with were helpful and very polite. Thank you. I’m just sorry neither of the dresses fitted. Happy New Year.

Dec 29,2023A year ago I started shopping around for 2 dresses for 2 events and after exhausting all of my normal options I desperately started to try new websites and still FAIL!! I spent hundreds trying to find the right dress then I was down to my last 2 companies I found while googling. I spent $115 on an OKAY dress and sent them my measurements and the dress came in about 5 sizes too big but they refused to fix it so I decided I would try one last time with this very last and new company. I bought 2 dresses for less than $120 total sent the same measurements I sent to the other company and both dresses came just in time AND BOTH WORKED FOR BOTH OF MY EVENTS I am soooooo happy with everpretty I wish I found them years ago. The customer service was fantastic when I freaked out that they wouldn’t get me the dresses on time and they made it happen. This company is forever my go too! Thank you for saving the day TWICE!!!!!

Dec 27,2023I purchased 2 different dresses for my Commitment Ceremony from Ever-Pretty going by the recommended size chart. The dresses arrived in about 7 days, much faster than expected. The material was very good quality, and the sewing was top-notch. Also, I like the overall look and details of the dresses, and they both were at a very reasonable price point. Unfortunately, I didn't take into account that I am getting back into shape and have toned up some, so the dresses were too big. I emailed customer service about returning one dress and exchanging the other dress for a smaller size. I have not had a better experience with any other customer service representative ever!!! It was laid out in detail what I needed to do, when I would get my refund for the return dress, and when I should expect my exchange dress to ship along with the tracking information. Once again, Ever-Pretty's customer service has exceeded my expectations!!! I received my refund way before I expected to get it, and my exchange dress shipped out within 1 day of me sending in the larger size. If I am ever in need of any other dress, I will be purchasing from Ever-Pretty again. I also Highly Recommend Ever-Pretty to anyone that needs a dress for any and everything!!!

Dec 26,2023Trying to find a dress for daughter’s wedding has been ever challenging. I’m short and a plus size and tea-length is hard to find but I found one I liked and ordered but too small so I returned (way my expense with tracking which is costly) and ordered in different size, they back the same size so I had to return again and ordered two sizes this time. Hit the mark! Surprising that the 24 and 26 pretty much fit the same🤷♀️. Anyway, I kept the 26 and had tailored. The dress is cute and I’m happy but seamstress only mentioned they should have lined the top as the lace they use is very stretchy and will get too big if left on hangar. I opted to use a pair of slack hangars and clipped to waist band. Only other comment is dresses are too low cute for us older moms😁 Their responsiveness/communication has been quick and very professional. Great prices but you can rack up extra charges if you have to return due to sizing. Each return was at least $20. Read reviews and measure, measure, measure.

Mais l'envoi est rapide, j'ai reçu ma commande en 1 semaine Les vêtements de très bonne qualité, même si ma taille habituelle ne convenait pas J'ai dû renvoyer un article et échanger un deuxième, le service client est très réactif et sympathique

Dec 18,2023Unfortunately I do not recommend. This online retailer is not for me or anyone else that likes to try before they buy. Warning to anyone purchasing from this site - you pay for postage (£9.99), you pay for tracked returns (£9.95) AND you are charged 5% for returns (restocking). So if like me you don't find something that suits you end up being out of pocket by minimum £20. Such a shame because their dresses are gorgeous but unless you are over 5ft 7in dont bother.

Dec 18,2023I purchased a dress and it arrived in record time (without the express shipping it took like 2/3 days). Unfortunately, the size didn't fit so asked for a refund and they were really reactive. Between our exchanges by email and the shipment back of the dress it took as a whole 10 days to have the money back on my account. I purchased another dress in the meantime (cause I couldn't affort to wait for them to receive the dress and send me the other one as an exchange) and I'm really happy with it ! It once more arrived in record time and it's beautiful !
