Nov 13,2023The clothes that they advertise are extremely beautiful and the materials they use feel decent for events. I think the sizing can be difficult to get right since you will have to measure yourself to find the perfect fit, it isn’t quite the expected sizing of regular clothes. I didn’t end up keeping my dress because it was too big and I needed it for graduation so a replacement wouldn’t have been dispatched on time. The customer service was impeccable, Sarah was brilliant and handled everything succinctly. Still waiting on my refund though but it should come in 5-10 days. [EDIT] I got my refund, it took longer that 10 working days because the refund didn’t process properly but customer service were apologetic and got it sorted asap.

Nov 11,2023I bought a Wedding dress. Under $100. What??? The measurements online were perfect and the dress fits like a glove. It is beautifully made and I swear it could have been a $800 dress. So well made! They will forever be my dress shop. Also I paid for expedited shipping and It came in a few days. Amazing!!!

Nov 11,2023Shockingly bad customer service! Won’t ever use them again. Placed an order, wanted to cancel it, did a web chat with an advisor and was told that it takes a couple of hours for an order to show in their system and I had to email my order cancellation request. Emailed straight away, woke up the next day to a despatch notification. Now £130 out of pocket and Customer Service were useless. I’ve now got to wait however long it takes for the order to get to me to then return it, which I have to pay for and wait for the order to be received their end before I get my money back. Won’t ever order again.

Nov 10,2023Not even a one star. I am absolutely discusted at ever pretty. The whole returns policy is ludicrous and out of this world. £10 postage in the first place. Then you have to package it yourself, take it to royal mail, post at your own expense and get a tracking number. They say once you do this they will process a refund. That isn't the case. I sent first class. Royal mail have not updated there end and they apparently won't process a refund untill they recieve and royal mail tracking says they have recieved. Even though I have done everything on my part. EPSITEUK213169 order number. Further more, I have cancelled another order which I placed because of this. Customer service said they have cancelled the order but the money has still been taken from the bank and showing as an active order online. EPSITEUK215266 order number. I am currently nearly £150 out of pocket with no dress for an event I am going to the weekend. I will give it a few more days untill I contact my bank. Considering all of the negative reviews on here it's shameful. Edit: since writing this my cancelled order was refunded.. however we still have the issue with the returned item. I am supposed to wait to see when royal mail update the status of the order, if they never update I won't recieve my refund. Even after doing everything they asked and posting first class!

Very responsive, helpful and kind (via email and we all know “that” tone when it comes across.) I will definitely be back to look for another dress for my next occasion because of their help!

Nov 07,2023Where do I start? The value for money on Ever Pretty dresses is amazing and the choice is overwhelming. We are going on a cruise in a few months time and I needed a 'posh' dress. Having searched the Internet I happened to find Ever Pretty and haven't looked back! I was unsure of the sizing so ordered two of the same style, for choice. Obviously I had to return one of them, which was a simple system and I received regular emails with updates on my return progress.. I would advise any new customer to go up a size as the sizing is smaller than usual. The fabric and embellishments are beautiful and I'm looking forward to wearing my new dress. Thank You Ever Pretty. Highly recommended!

Nov 07,2023I bought 9 bridesmaid dresses for my 4 bridesmaids to choose from. This process was easy and I would say checking the measurements was sensible but they’re pretty much true to size. Two of my bridesmaids live in different parts of the country so I shipped them off, gave everyone a bit of time to try on and then sent back the ones that weren’t needed. The dresses are gorgeous, excellent quality and superb value for money. I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that you have to send back at your own expense and for bridesmaid dresses you order for choice too, not knowing exactly style and colour suiting?this is my second time buying and I would really recommend.

Nov 04,2023Absolutely delighted with my Ever Pretty experience, first time shopping with them. I loved their selection of dresses on the website and the ease of searching, selecting favourites, narrowing down my choices, etc. So many lovely styles and colours to choose from. The sizing guide was extremely helpful as my own UK dress size differs from my chosen styles, but I was able to work out which size to buy. I am a chronic waverer and take a long time to decide what to order, and ended up sending both dresses back - through no fault of the dress, just they weren't right for me or the occasion. I returned each one individualy as I was again undecided. Each time the customer service was excellent. The second dress return was actually an exchange for another style of dress, which has arrived today and I am delighted to say I am going to keep this one. The tracking was good to keep track of when my order arrived in the UK, got to the local delivery office, etc. Delivery was one week, so not bad at all. I'm not really in the market for posh frocks but if I ever needed another dress this will be my first choice of website to look at.

Nov 03,2023My dress just arrived and it’s so beautiful - I burst into tears! Very happy with the quality. A few things for those shopping to note: As with many other reviews DO NOT go for your usual size. Size up by at least two sizes. This is China sizing which is notoriously small sizing. I’m a size 18, have been for about 10 years and got a size 22 which fits like a glove. It’s a little heartbreaking having to go two sizes up for a wedding dress but this is standard in wedding dress shops all over These are coming from China so be patient! The tracking is accurate but still frustrating because I didn’t see anything on the website saying where it was dispatched from The dresses come in a plastic bag. No hanger and no way to nicely display/protect. This didn’t bother me as I have a special hanger and dress bag but is worth noting as some of these are wedding dresses Definitely designed for taller people 😂 I’m 5 foot 4 and there’s a lot of ‘extra’ tuille lol I rated 4 out of 5 as the dress is beautiful despite the issues I have noted. Absolute bargain price as well!

Oct 31,2023Brilliant customer service. I ordered a dress, it arrived quickly and good quality. Unfortunately I had to return it as it was too big. ( I ordered a size up as the reviews said the sizing was smaller) this was not the case, very accurate sizing. After sending an email I returned the dress and received my refund. I will definitely be ordering again.

Oct 31,2023I ordered two gold formal dresses in two different sizes from Ever-Pretty via other vendors. The dresses came to me quickly, but were too young looking for me. I worked with three different representatives at Ever-Pretty to help me with the return process. Ana, Mark, and Anne were very professional, helpful, and understanding. I discovered that I had made a big mistake in the order process, and they helped me navigate it. Even though I didn't keep the dresses, the customer service was outstanding. I commend and thank Ever-Pretty for all they did to help me.

The dress I returned was actioned swiftly and with professionism. The staff made sure there was a quick turn around with funds and the customer service was probably the best ive seen!!! Oct 28,2023Positives: The dresses themselves are really lovely - I’ve ordered my bridesmaids dresses from here. They’re a good quality & I’ve gone for burgundy which seem to be true to colour! Love that you can get various styles in the same material & colour Negatives: - The sizing is quite strange, based on the size guides, my friend who’s usually a UK size 16 is a size 28 in Ever Pretty dresses. My friend who’s a UK 14 is a size 26 in Ever Pretty sizes. - I ordered a floor length dress for my bridesmaid and it came up to her shins. She’s 5ft 7 so not ridiculously tall, I think I was sent the wrong dress. - As mentioned previously, the returns process is bizarre. You have to contact them directly to ask for the return address, they then insist you have the parcel tracked & pay for it yourself. I ended up spending £10 to return one dress that I’m quite sure was the wrong dress given how short it was. Also if I’d had to return more than one there’s a restocking fee so I’ve felt quite nervous ordering the other dresses. Summary: I’d say that the dresses are great & I will be using them for my bridesmaids, so I wouldn’t put people off the dresses themselves, but I would say that to avoid any faff with returning, definitely measure yourself & go by the sizes they suggest (& don’t be offended by the size they suggest!) because the sizing is completely off compared with UK sizes. Thankfully I got my refund but did have to spend £10 to return a dress that I’m quite sure I didn’t order!
