Protection for what? Car, life insurance, health insurance, laptop? Could you please tell me what you are protecting?
Such a scam. Wouldn’t accept my claim of a massive stain on my bed. They had an excuse for everything. Definitely not worth it.

These people are obnoxious they hound you like a bad used car salesmen. After you tell them politely tell them no a 100 times, they still try to sell you their junk plan. What a horrible company they would be to do business with.
i purchased a part for my truck and the box was ripped open on the end notified extend and sent pic of box ripped open and retaped missing parts that im sure fell out after damage (sure the company didn't ship it that way and did cover the problem great customer service Realtruck) filed a claim and was denied because they don't cover ,Defective,Incorrect or Missing parts what a waste of money
Step by step I received a call last week saying my claim had been approved, and I should receive a text or email of confirmation on this and The next step that would Be taken. I have not received anything
Absolutely horrible experience with… Absolutely horrible experience with Extend. We were denied a claim for repair for a reason that was not stated in the policy. After asking for further explanation we got nothing, no email response no phone call or anything even resembling costumer service. This coverage is not worth one penny and the only reason by item was repaired is that the repair was already in process when we were denied coverage and the company itself offered to cover the repair. Do not buy any policy with Extend.
I initially had an issue with my virtual credit card from Tremendous and after several emails and phone calls that went unanswered I had almost given up. I wrote a review and simultaneously Kelly Adovasio (Extend) reached out to me and contacted Tremendous. The next day my issue was resolved and an ACH transfer was done. I truly believe the issue is on Tremendous side not Extend. Kelly was awesome and stayed in contact until the issue was resolved. Not often enough someone does their job and CARES!
Only reason for one star is i cant put 0. This company is a complete rip off. Do not waste your time or money with these people. Bought wheels that were clearly stated to be covered by accidental damage, or any damage at all. Keyword accidental. Went to file a claim and was denied 3 times. Clearly false advertisement on their behalf. Was told that an "offroad" wheel that i purchased was not covered by "accidental" damage or ,,"offroad" misuse..what a crock of crap!!!! Sad that now days you can work your behind off to save for something you really want..and invest more to have it protected to find out that it was just a lie to get more of your hard earned money..karma will bite everyone of these people one day!!! Goodluck and i hope your business runs itself straight into the ground!!!!

Scam Do Not Buy Extend warranty Have a Sole Treadmill that won't turn. I have an extended warranty through Extend. Called in beginning of September to get an appt. Each time they say we will get back to you in 2-3 days. Nine calls nobody has ever called me back. Finally I get a call from a repair company called FMT to schedule the repair and they tell me I have to pay $150?? I call back Extend and guess what- we'll get back to you in 2-3 days. One month 9 calls no appt. Total Scam.
The process to setup an account, submit the claim, and move on with a supporting outcome was extremely easy.

Update: After posting here, the company reached out to me and offered me a refund. I still think that should have been offered the first time around, but it is taken care of now. Complete Scam. Purchasing Extend shipping insurance actually took away my ability to get a refund for a mirror that arrived shattered. Extend has lied to me several times, telling me to go to Bed Bath and Beyond and that it must be processed through them. BBB customer service does not even have the option to initiate a return or contact Extend about an order. In spite of multiple attempts to reach Extend about the issue, no one has reached out and I'm stuck with a store credit that expires in 7 days, when I had to replace the mirror out of pocket from a local store. I'll be filing a report with the CA Dept of Consumer Affairs and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, but the money is just gone. As an attorney, it is WILD that this is being allowed to continue.
This is scam, not worth it at all, stay away from this agency Your costumer services are just terrible, I file a claim for one of my rims that I bought through wheel set go, it got denied twice, I called the CS. Number back in August and was told that they’ll give me a call back because they wanted to look deep into details to why my claim was denied, they never called back at all, today nearly a month later I forced myself to call again to see what’s going and they wanted me to wait 48 hours because they wanted to look into details on to why the claim was denied, so after three weeks of waiting I gotta wait 48 hours on top of that for the same exact reason? That sounds like a whole bunch of excuses extend is definitely a scam, that’s not what you call costumer service, I’ll recommend wheelSetGo to stop doing business with extend, it just makes your business look bad,
ABSOLUTELY SO SHADY!! I bought a protection plan that was offered by the mattress company I bought from Awara. On Awara’s website with extend it says in plain writing “This plan covers: • Accidental damage such as cuts and punctures • Stains from food, drink and bodily fluids • Full repairs or replacements” My sister was staying over and while I was making my bed she bumped into me while I was drinking a smoothie and it spilled on my mattress. I was so stressed, as I’m young and had to save for a new one, but then remembered the first time I had purchased this mattress I bought the $79 protection plan with it. I contacted Awara and they said it shouldn’t be an issue, I just have to file a claim with extend. I file the claim, get rejected, then reach out to extend. They then proceed to send me an email accepting my claim, by giving me a cleaning solution. I then proceed to email back saying I have health concerns as I don’t react well to many products and break out with eczema. THEY SEND ME THE PRODUCT ANYWAY and have been persistent in scheduling a cleaning schedule, even after expressing my health concerns. I contact Awara which they have also been absolutely no help and told me THEY DONT COVER STAINS!! Absolutely so disappointing and frustrating as I thought they do replacements BECAUSE THEY SAID SO IN WRITING. Come to find out I find a document on extend in TINY WRITING saying they don’t cover some stains. An exact quote about their warranty that they have with extend on Awara: “No confusing legal speak or super small print. If there are damages to Awara that occur from normal use any time during your ownership, we will replace it for you at no extra cost.” Thanks to these people I had to save yet again, stressed as I have a family friend staying in my bed who is a new mother with her newborn baby. Thanks extended and awara for absolutely nothing.
