I recently used my Extend warranty to get a free replacement of a BlendJet that broke within 6 months of purchase. I'm so happy I purchased, at a minimal cost, the warranty from Extend. Their online Claim Service is easy and quick. My claim was immediately accepted and I'm receiving my new BlendJet within 5 days from ordering it! I trust in this company to stand by their warranty with my future purchases.
It was quick and efficient process. Filing my claim took about 15 minutes. I was very pleased.
Wow. It was a great warranty experience. No hassle. Extend pays for shipping both ways. Repair turnaround time was quick. Ring came back looking shiny as ever.

Bought this warranty to cover a mattress I purchased. The warranty covers stains. When I called in to get a cleaning kit, they said it would arrive in 5-7 business days. It's been over 2 weeks, and no cleaning kit. In fact, I've been on the phone with them almost every day and each time it goes to a call center who notifies the agent. The agent has been notified each time I call in, but he gives no responses. Even when I send in emails, I get no response from the agent. AVOID buying this warranty. Very frustrating customer service with no solutions. EDIT: They claim to have a technician sent and I will wait and update this review when they send one out.

Edited to update: after some back and forth emailing theyanaged to get a working card and I've been able to replace my item. Thank you to the company for helping actually rectify the problem. It may have taken some time but we got it. Extremely frustrated and thinking I got ripped off. I got the horizon from Fluidfreeride and had to make a claim for replacement. I was given a virtual card as compensation but the amount was incorrect and it didn't work. Then they sent me a Mastercard for the correct amount....however it also doesn't work. I keep getting the error that the transaction isn't allowed by the terminal, which means that its not configured correctly....again...) starting to get super suspicious. Not happy right now.
This place is a total joke. Do not get scammed by them like I did. Purchased a new couch from Z Gallerie and was approached by Extend to purchase a warranty, which we agreed to a 2-year warranty purchase. Unfortunately after a few months one cushion sustained damage. After countless emails and photos they still decided to send some joke of a human with face tattoos to my house to “assess the damage.” He basically shrugged his shoulders and offered zero resolution. Instead of actually solving the problem (a replacement cushion CAN be ordered through Z Gallerie although it will take awhile). Their solution is offering an Amex gift card so it’s my problem to solve. This useless gift card was declined by Z Gallerie twice (even after explaining the whole situation over the phone) and was also declined by Amazon. I’ve emailed Extend to complain about the card getting declined but nobody has bothered responding. Must be busy ripping off new clients. What a waste of time and money.
So happy I purchased the extended warranty. The claim process was very simple. Would recommend Extend to everyone.
A little difficult getting started with Tosot passing me off to extend. Was treated nicely but rather have a human to do business with. Did not like the online mastercard that was credited to me. I’m a senior citizen and without computer skills this would’ve never happened. Should be a company check issued.
Total scam it was "snuck in" on a recent golf order that was already protected by FedEx insurance. There is no live person to speak with at Extend only a bot. I received a message saying once it was purchased no refunds were given. BE CAREFUL this scan is not added to your online order.
My experience with Extend was amazing. I messaged them online that one of the Blendjet 2 I ordered stopped working. After answering a few of their questions and verifying I had a active warranty on it, they immediately issued me a voucher for a replacement. I ordered it the same day and within 3 days received it. Talk about fast efficient service. Thank you Extend for fast courteous service.
Had made a claim on 6/21 it's now 6/29 a week later and these been no updates on when I. Will receive my part needed this is alot of time to go by without any idea of when item ordered will ship
The company honored the extended warranty that I bought at Christmas time. I contacted them and a lady walked me through the whole process and made it easy on me.
Highly recommended. My claim was processed on the spot and I received a gift card for the new purchase. Definitely worth the extra warranty.
Horrible customer service and when you file claims they do not thoroughly investigate your damage…. I’m being told by actual Auto Shops my tires could burst at any moment whilst Extend doesn’t think the damage is severe enough to replace them… I paid $459 for this coverage and I am not receiving anything, this is terrible service. Fitment Industries needs to drop this company they are an absolute joke of “coverage”
