So I purchased a warranty for my club breaking, my club broke after normal use and they blamed it on a manufacturer defect and wouldn't replace it for me and offered no additional help but basically scamming me.

I had my Oura ring stop working a month ago (have not even had the ring for 6months) and every time I call to get the replacement process started someone says they will have a "supervisor call me", a call from a supervisor has yet to come in. I have to call them every week for the past month (this started 02/28/24) and its the same thing every time! "someone will call you" with no resolution. Don't waste your money buying the warranty through them as they are no help at all!

I have lost a lot of weight and this is my second time getting my ring sized down. I also have them to check my diamonds and polish the ring and it always comes back perfect!

The entire process, from getting the purchase confirmation to submitting a claim and claim follow up is simple and doesn't require a lot of time, everything is well documented and communicated through emails. The web site is well designed and information is easy to find and submit. Responses from customer service are prompt and on point.

Very good shipping insurance! I got a bottle of cologne that leaked out during shipping and I was sent a replacement asap! Great company!

Spent nearly $300 on a five-year protection plan on a $6k sectional. Shortly after receiving the item I noticed a tear/puncture in one of the cushions, but I do not know the cause. Could have been a defect from manufacturer, could have been caused during delivery, could have been after when I was getting the rest of my furniture back in place. When I filed a claim it was immediately denied - they cited fine print clauses saying that they do not cover delivery damage or manufacturing damage. So basically they will assume it is not covered first, rather than honoring coverage, if the cause is unknown. Plan specifically says it covers rips and tears of indoor furniture. Very deceptive business practice.

EXTEND does what they say they will do and honors their commitment. They covered defective materials sent directly to me from the factory without question. I will definitely use them in the future.

Horrible customer service! Frustrating experience! Read the clauses,sub-clauses,sub-sections,small print, because they will be quoted to you when you try to file a claim. They will wear you down with requests for more and more information, then pictures, then different pictures, then do the minimum, if that. Never buying another warranty from Extend,Inc !!! Update- customer service emailed that the closing of my complaint was a mistake and they would send new covers if I sent pictures of the tags. Too late, we had to pay 300.00 out of pocket to get couch cleaned so it's too late.

The process was effortless and smooth and the Extend team was responsive. The ring was repaired, cleaned, polished, and returned within two weeks!

On a whim while purchasing my son's birthday present I figured why not, better safe than sorry, and paid for the extra coverage. I am immensely grateful that I did as it saved me from an absolute nightmare situation. The post office literally delivered my package to someone else's doorstep two cities away because they misread not only the difference between South and Southwest but somehow the city AND zip code to boot!!!!!! I didn't even think that was a thing that could happen. The process of filing a claim was completely painless and I had the credit to purchase a replacement within minutes. If you're buying an item worth any decent amount of money I highly suggest spending a little bit extra to pay for the insurance. Well worth the peace of mind.

Place is a scam. Collect premiums and deny claims. Avoid at all costs. Product developed a defect (hole in glove) and they won’t stand by their product they insured. Thank you for your reply. Developing a hole while under warranty is not normal wear and tear when taken care of properly. Why didn’t holes develop in both gloves if that is normal wear and tear? Only one did. I purchased a new pair for my son and notice EXTEND insurance is not an option on the new pair. It appears the company and Extend are no longer partners anymore. I wonder wonder why?????

This is the first positive experience I have ever had with an extended warranty program. I will only deal with Extend in the future if given the choice. I added a 3-year warranty through Extend for a personal blender. When the blender quit working, a representative reminded me that I had purchased an extended warranty. Reaching out to Extend via email was relatively easy and quick. They found my warranty, sent me a link to choose a replacement blender, and it was all taken care of in an afternoon. I have never had such a seamless transaction with other extended warranty companies, most of whom I no longer wish to press my luck with. In the future, I will see if I can purchase only through Extend for these types of warranties.

Purchased warranty for new rim and tire package. One tire blew out with under 1000 miles of use. Claim was denied and they wrote it was due to improper inflation of the tire. I asked the lady, please explain how someone halfway across the country can determine that my tire was properly inflated or not. The tire came mounted and balanced on the rim as a package. They come properly inflated as well. This company is a scam with all the promises when you purchase the warranty, but every excuse once you need to file a claim.
