Hit an issue with an order shipped that had extend shipping protection and the claims process was ridiculously easy. Customer service was friendly and answered all of my questions. Definitely recommend.

Kelly was great. Though dealing with Hey Dudes shoes was a nightmare. I've since ordered some and they say they are Coming. We'll see. If I were you I'd revisit my partnership with Hey Dudes. This has been the worst online buying experience I've everhad. . And I've been a computer programmer for 35 years. The term ' user friendly ' seems have been left very behind.

Dont waste your money , they don’t cover anything even though their whole sales pitch is easy claim and covers everything . Have bathing gloves that have completely fallen apart . Told they won’t cover it. ? No reason just it’s denied but this is the exact reason I bought the extended plan . They sure do advertise a whole different t story
I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Extend Inc.'s customer service. Over the course of my interaction, I was put on hold more than six times before my issue was finally resolved. The initial call began with a long wait time, which set the tone for the rest of the interaction. Each subsequent transfer to a different department or representative resulted in more time on hold, and each new person I spoke with seemed to have no knowledge of my previous conversations. This lack of communication and coordination within their team is unacceptable. It was evident that there was no urgency or priority given to resolving my issue. I felt like I was being passed around without anyone taking responsibility for finding a solution. The overall experience was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. Extend Inc. needs to seriously reconsider their customer service approach. Long wait times, repeated holds, and a lack of communication between representatives create a terrible customer experience. I hope they take these issues seriously and work to improve their service. As of now, I cannot recommend Extend Inc. to anyone looking for reliable and efficient customer support.
Are several emails and phone conversations, Extend warranty has shown themselves to highly value their customers. They went beyond the basic means of trouble shooting to resolve the warranty money availability. As they have no control over PartsDr, whom the failed part was purchased from and their policies, they had their issuing company, Tremendous takes steps to reverse the original method of redemption. Thank you Extend! Purchased a warranty on a GE motherboard ordered on the Parts Dr website in Oct 2023 Part failed May 2024 Filed claim and was approved Extend issued a Mastercard, virtual not physical Card can only be used for an order less then or equal to amount on card. Extend states amount on card can be transferred to a different bank card with no fees Extend agent who sent emails with said virtual card flailed to include link for transferring of funds to different bank card Extend’s response was, so sorry for that and there’s nothing we can do to correct it. We are having problems with errors such as this lately, but we can’t help you.
THIS IS A BAD Business because when it comes down to filing a claim, they deny you automatically don't do it. Do not get extended protection. They are fraudulent. Trust me, I'm a live person. They are whack, they'll take your money.
It took awhile due to their limited repair facilities in my city, but once the bike was deemed unfixable, I had a full repayment of my purchase price less taxes in 24 hours.Not sure why taxes aren't covered but I was happy with there services. I would definitely use them again for future warranty services. Miles above SquareTrade.
EXTEND warranties for sports gear are an absolute SCAM. DO NOT waste your money on EXTEND.

Jun 22,2024I filed a claim with carparts .com, The fan was broke in a few places and the box had previously been opened because the box was taped from the inside. Extend sent me some info to be filled out , which I did including my bank info for the money to be returned to. Needless to say I received an email stating I had a gift card ready, I did not want a gift card. What do I do with broken fan?????? I am a single father and need that money, Please help.
