Jun 19,2024This is a really underhand business model that is clearly just out to get you to join their VIP scheme rather than giving a good customer experience. They make it seem like you’re just creating an account to get discounts (unless you manage to spot the tiny print!) but in fact are committing yourself to a £54.99 contract every month. Why on earth would anyone want to do this?! The very fact it’s virtually impossible to shop without completing a ‘quiz’ which is engineered to get you to sign up speaks volumes. It’s a shame you can’t rely on the quality of your products to operate a successful business. In discovering I had been scammed, a quick google reveals that I am far from the only one in this position. Very disappointing.

Jun 16,2024Ordered leggings that were crazy tight on calves. Rang for to return and promised a refund but was given store credit instead. Could only send on full price items that made it impossibly expensive. Waste of money and time. Would not recommend

Jun 14,2024Acceptable/good clothing with poor business ethics. Unkowningly sign you up to a VIP scheme and charge you £60 for the privaledge. Unsure who would willing pay £60 a month subscription to a clothing company. Luckily read the reviews and realised i had been signed up before the first payment come out... Beware people.

Jun 14,2024I bought the leggings in around February but they already seem to have got holes in them considering I have only used for 4-5 months ! Generally , my experience has been good but last time it wasn’t as well as I thought it would’ve been. I was disappointed but I’ve been a loyal customer for long time so I’m hoping this time the order will not disappoint me.

Jun 14,2024I made my first purchase from the site, a pair of leggings, only to find a month later I had a pending PayPal transaction of £54.99 which had no description against it so I assumed it was fraudulent and reported it to PayPal. When the payment was taken from my account it had the description of Fabletics Ltd next to it so I started to look into it online and realised I had been signed up to their VIP membership without my consent. To cut a long and painful story short, I had to raise a dispute via the PayPal resolution centre to resolve it. When I'd tried to resolve via Fabletics, via Facebook messenger, then phone call, I felt as though I was speaking to scam artists. I have never been made to feel so stupid & conned as though I was in the wrong. Thanks to PayPal I got a refund after a LOT of effort. I find it astounding that this company is still around given their horrendous reviews from customers online....surely it is only a matter of time before it isn't... To anyone out there wanting some activewear, seriously look elsewhere!

Jun 13,2024Tried to skip the month after signing up again to take advantage of an offer, unfortunately it didn’t register so I was charged 59.99. Called to have it refunded and was met with pressure sales tactics then made to feel stupid, I was asked ‘I can see in the last you’ve managed to skip 6 times, why weren’t you able to on this occasion?’ Then I was told that I couldn’t have a refund, only site credit. I had to get forceful and ask 3 times before stating I knew they legally had to refund me if I asked them to, he kept telling me they couldn’t. It’s such a shame, I love the leggings but running a business on the hope people will forget to skip and then pricing clothes way above what they should be to use these credits sucks. Do better.

Jun 12,2024Total scam. Unknowingly put me on a subscription and took £54.99 out of my account each month. It took me 2 months to notice. I emailed them and asked for a refund and to cancel subscription. They did cancel subscription and did respond quickly, but refused a refund via email and said I had to call their customer service. Which is bizarre as they already have my payment details. I called the line they gave and the woman on the phone told me there was only 1 time courtesy refund for 1 of the payments and the other payment can be used as credit for a purchase. Initially she said that she can only process one refund on her system. When I refused to back down and insisted on the refund considering they fraudulently set me up on a subscription… she soon processed the full refund!! I now have to wait 3-5 business for the payment to arrive which I’m assuming it will. But be aware when calling that they will try to get out of paying back the money they wrongly took.

Jun 12,2024The site is the worst to navigate. When you come to pay for your order with details that have already been saved, it won’t allow you to and then trying to put your card details in is a nightmare. Maybe it’s me, the browser or the site itself, but it shouldn’t be this much hassle.

Jun 11,2024Which I could give it 0 I just got charged £165 without my consent for the “vip” club and apparently it’s a *bonus* to new members It is ridiculous and I do not have that kind of money to just throw away on some awful clothes sight I did not receive any emails to sign up to this “vip club” I wasn’t aware it was even a thing

Jun 11,2024SCAM. Don’t sign up for anything. They don't inform you about the monthly payment they will withdraw from your account. And then suddenly you can't log into your account to cancel the membership. I regret shopping from this site so much.

Jun 11,2024Worst website with the worst marketing scam. What is this member thing? The leggings are not bad but making price be 80£ or you pay every month some ridiculous 59£ EVERY MONTH? You got to be kidding me. Whoever is behind this really should think of their life decisions.
