Using site is very frustrating. It changes every time I login. The 3 for 1 vip seemed to disappear. The advertising on Facebook is misleading I will be cancelling my vip membership.

I love the products from Fabletics, specially bottoms, but I am really disappointed about I have credit before and I did not have any information my credits were expired. I feel somewhat scammed in the sense that since they deduct money from your account, at least they could send you the products and not keep the money without telling you that they expire after you don't order anything. I think they should send you that information to your email or by text message, they never told me that if I didn't buy anything, they would keep my money. So disappointing!

Very difficult to find items in my size which were in stock despite using filters

I love the products at Fabletics, but the website is a significant frustration. Today, I received an email about a "3 styles for 1 VIP credit" promotion. However, I often struggle with promotions and general ordering on the site. Despite using filters, many items are either out of stock or not actually included in the promotion. For example, I added three items to my basket, but no discount was applied. After changing options, the discount still didn’t apply. It turns out that only some items have the "3 for 1 VIP credit" offer, and those items are often out of stock. I eventually selected some items that weren't my first choice and tried to spend my VIP credits on other options. Unfortunately, I found that most items I was interested in were out of stock. This issue with stock levels is a constant battle on the site. Even with filters, there’s no guarantee items will be in stock, which leads to a lot of back and forth. I finished my order feeling frustrated with the whole experience. I tried to email customer support about these issues, but received a response stating, "In an effort to provide you with the most efficient service possible, we no longer offer email as a support channel. We are always looking for the quickest method of communication to service your needs. You can reach us on social, chat, or phone. Agents are standing by to assist you in real-time!" Overall, while I love the products, the website experience and customer support options leave much to be desired.

Loved the bundle package. Chose more items and could easily unbundle and re chose what I wanted.

Not enough slection as everything in my size if out of stock and not available. If this is something that will be frequently experienced each month then there is no point paying for the VIP membership

I received an email about the VIP member offer of 3 items for 1 credit today. I had a credit in my account and was excited to see what was available. I have tried three times, with different QUALIFYING products (leggings + bra + top), and every time the order went through, a few minutes later I received an email that my order was cancelled. No explanation. Just cancelled. When I tried again, the products that were cancelled in my previous order were still available, so it is not a stock issue, this experience leads me to believe that the offer is not genuine and is there to drive people to the site, but not provide what was advertised. I have ended up buying a single item with my credit (one of the items I tried to purchase with the offer) this order was not cancelled of course. I will be cancelling my membership because I really don't enjoy being deceived. I had a similar experience in the past, where the offer was texted to me via WhatsApp and on the website no such offer was available even though I clicked on the link as soon as the offer arrived. I ended up buying a full ticket item that time, and the same happened today. So... fool me once...

Bought 2 pairs of leggings for my wife in a 2 for £24 offer, and then due to this order they signed me up to a ‘VIP’ membership which takes £54.99 per month. There was nothing on the order that I placed that indicated that I would be signing up to a membership simply for using them. Avoid this company like the plague

They will give you a very good deal for 2 shorts for £35 which is really good considering the quality, but you will soon find out that you signed up for a membership that you never wanted for £54.99 per month. To make things even more confusing, you are not charged for this at checkout, but on the 6th day of the month, so that when you see this charge in you bank account you will have no idea about what it is. Giving 2 just because the quality is pretty good, but only if you get the welcome deal, otherwise strangers prices are way too high.

I bought some gym gear... And then some months later they charged me 58 pounds and claimed that by buying the shorts I'd joined a paid for subscription service

Brought two pairs of leggings (lovely quality) a month later they took £54.99 from my bank account via PayPal. I had no idea I had authorised this, no pre warning email and it has left me without money for fuel this month. I am devastated I have been conned. I’m talking to a rep from Fabletics but they say they don’t recognise my email address and no accounts are associated with it. I just brought two pairs of leggings for £30 (expensive for me) via an Facebook ad and apparently have a VIP account costing me £54.99 today on top of the leggings I purchased. I’m afraid fabless is a Scam and I will be shouting from the rooftops, friends and work that I told as I was so upset said they knew about the scam already. Dreadful 🥲

Although the quality of this clothing is good. The website is extremely misleading and it is not clear that you are signing up for a subscription. There is no notification that money will be taken until it has left your account and the ability to pause payments is also unclear. Had I know. Any of this I would have purchased elsewhere. Very unhappy!!! Also had to telephone to cancel and waited an hour in a phone queue. Unless you have £54.99 spare each month to give to this company I would be very careful before you purchase anything.

The membership system is immoral. I signed up many years ago under a false advertising that isn't permissible in UK trading with the "sign up before...." and a countdown etc. I naively made a purchase and somehow found myself tied in to the VIP membership. I appreciate that you are able to skip the month but over the many years the membership has been running, I have obviously forgotten a number of times. I asked to cancel the membership at one point and was told I would lose the credit. I did receive a refund of a number of months credit at one point, but they continuously change the terms of the membership without any agreement. Now suddenly the credits expire after 12 months which basically means they take £54.99 if you don't skip the month and then they keep it if you don't buy something. I've realised since this change I've had 6 credits expire which means that they've taken £330 and "expired" it. I don't understand how this can be allowed. I actually have a medical condition which causes forgetfulness and have requested a refund of the remaining credits because I keep forgetting to skip the month, but you get pushed off with a standard response of 'you can use your credit for outfits'. They have another £250 of my money in "credit" so that's nearly £600 that's in their accounts rather than mine, let alone anything prior to that. I have absolutely no issue with the clothing itself and in fact quite like it, but I cannot warn you enough to stay away from the company due to the VIP membership scam. You will lose money with this business model and you will not get it back. I am currently having to go through citizens advice to try and work out a way to reclaim some of my money that Fabletics refuses to refund.

I was really impressed with Fabletics quality but completely shocked this evening to see a £54.99 membership fee taken from my account. As per other comments, I'm pretty miffed and it has put me off using the company again. I will be calling up first thing to request a refund. If I hadn't worn the leggings I would be returning the priginal purchase too. Really disappointed as I was already planning to come back and buy more but I don't like the way the company is sneaky about the VIP fees. Yes, you have it in the small print but who in 2024 reads that when multi-tasking on an evening? Fabletics may state the information but I don't believe it is clear enough to notice what you are signing up for. The detail is presented in a way that you will miss it. I've worked in customer service and this experience has completely changed my opinion of the company. I much prefer those that leave a positive impression. I've gone from raving about Fabletics and planning to buy more to never wanting to give you money again. To any customer reps about to respond, yes there was an email but as per the other customers who have had my experience, no one reads it when it looks like an advertisement. Make it clear you have signed up to something! Don't hide the details at the bottom of the site. I take responsibility for being a muppet but Fabletics are sneaky and a company that thinks this is acceptable has lost my loyalty and future purchases. Stick your VIP club.

The checkout is horrendous. It tells me I need to add my billing address every time even though the ‘billings address same as delivery address’ is ticked. I honestly find it so frustrating to delete my card and add it again to then say my transaction (for £0.00) was declined. It’s painful. When I’ve used these last credits I will be cancelling for good. The app and site are truly dreadful for checkout.
