May 07,2024Absolutely been conned! Companies like this should not be allowed to exist! Thought I was getting a bargain of 2 pairs of leggings for £24 which have now ended up costing me £80 after realising this morning that they have taken a “monthly subscription of £54.99” what I thought was signing up to a mailing list to become a VIP member was actually an extortionate monthly subscription. I would never have bought these leggings if I knew this was to happen. Apparently it’s in the small print of their terms and conditions. Will never be buying from here again. After speaking to them on the phone this morning to ask for a refund and then was conveniently cut off! They pray on people not checking the terms and conditions because let’s be honest who actually ever reads them? Would you really buy from them if it was made clear on their website in bold letters that to become a VIP member for a monthly subscription of £54.99 per month? By the way I was not offered a refund.

May 07,2024I’m a stupid idiot, didn’t read the terms of what I was signing up for. Tryed to save some money by buying a couple of pairs of shorts from fabletics instead of something decent and ended up with 3 monthly subscription costs. Could have bought something nice with that! I don’t agree with this type of selling. Relying on the customer to forget to cancel or like me not realise what they’re are signing up for. Cheers

May 06,2024Appalling online ordering experience - very unclear what is and isn’t available with member credit, no explanation of what such differently priced items still equate to one credit, and trouble with billing page resulting in double payment. Very disappointed

May 06,2024The cool stuff sells out so quickly. You're left with things you don't want, and nobody else does. Your choice is limited. On the good side, the quality of the product is high, and they last long. I still do not understand why their best-selling products are not reordered. They just go out of stock and never come back, which makes no sense to me.

May 02,2024To join this 'membership' you have to remember to 'skip' each month otherwise you'll be charged a '£49 member credit' which you then have to use on purchasing a product to be able to get your money back. They do send reminder emails but they generally go into my spam folder. This has resulted in payment being taken on a few occasions. I'd be more inclined to order from them if they just gave you credits for buying things from them, rather than relying on you to forget to skip and then taking the money from yiur account. I will be leaving them this month...as soon as I can find out how to cancel (which is well hidden within their website blurb).

May 01,2024I was excited to receive my first ever pair of Fabletics leggings however I was extremely disappointed in their quality. I have wore them twice and the seam at the bum is already starting to unravel. They are also very see through- I would not recommend!

Apr 30,2024Fabletics quality is second to none! The quality of material is fantastic, leggings and shorts stay put! I do a lot of keep fit and they wash really well too. The site is so easy to navigate introducing new gorgeous designs which is not good for my purse but great for the look! Skip a month so easy too. Love this brand❤️

Apr 29,2024Every time I order I have to re-enter the same card details and store them, all because the ability to change billing address or tick a box to say its the same billing address as delivery address isn't on the main order point. It's frustrating that when you press to place an order, it doesn't just take you the the billing address tick or change. Rather than just have the words come up in red.

Apr 25,2024Website is really user unfriendly. Targeted at mostly women. Never any mens products or notifications about men's new release. App wont let me log in as stats password is still incorrect even though it works to log in on website. Was told I would get reminder about monthly subscription being due so that I could skip if wanted. I have never received reminder and has resulted in payment being taken and leaving me overdrawn on 3 occasions. Once I receive final order which I had to place to get money back from subscription payments, will never use it recommend Fabletics again

Apr 24,2024Totally out of sizes I needed (mostly M/L) sports bra sizes are confusing, especially for those with a bigger bust. Got to checkout and sizes I had gotten were suddenly gone, so promotional offer was invalid, cost me more then expected in the end
