Jun 03,2024Came to Fabletics via an Instagram advert, they harvested my data before I could view products. Got in and almost everything is out of stock, the items in the advert on Instagram are all completely out of stock. I am frustrated that they now have my name and email through falsely advertising products they aren’t even selling any more.

Jun 01,2024The fact that you don't tell us anywhere on your website how to use store credit and yet you don't properly refund items is really bad. I've made a purchase with VIP credits and have the same again in store credits which it seems are completely unusable. It feels like a con.

May 30,2024Great products - returning customer... Horrible website to use, the just list the same things over and over and any filters for sizing / colours is just ignored.... Takes forever to find anything! What's with this stupid 'VIP Member' nonsense - sign up and we'll take all your money! Massive deterrent to myself as a returning customer and others that I know. Stop it!

May 30,2024I have been a member since 2020 and love the designs and pay monthly and skip option. You get store credit for returns but very difficult to use when there is no store near by and you can't seem to use them online

May 28,2024I'm honestly rather disappointed with Fabletics. From all the hype, I thought this was going to be a wildly different offering with insane quality so I was excited to try them out. The quality of the items were good but not earth shattering - worth the price after the initial discount (about £30 for a one-piece, £36 for a set - bra & bottoms), but not the £99 and £79+ they want for them! Even the member prices are extortionate for what you get! (£79 + £64+!!) I've bought workout clothes for equal quality at half that price! What surprised me next was their membership. I've paid for membership with several sites/companies before and, usually, this means got get a standing discount in their items. That's not the case with Fabletics (which isn't clear on sign-up. You'll have to check the FAQs for the following info)... With Fabletics, you pay £54.99 per month to get a token to use against an item or outfit. That's it. That's the totality of the offering. There are no other discounts provided, other than sales, and some items are only available for purchase to members... Now, that said, Fabletics say each token can be used on items or outfits valued up to £89. However, as I've previously mentioned, I think they're items are overpriced and the value of them is more around the £35 - £40 mark, so you're still overpaying for the privilege. Needless to say, if I had known this from the beginning, I'd have used my first purchase much more wisely!! I hate to say it but it's more than a bit of a rip off. 🫥 And, at the moment, I can't even skip a month... I'm approaching apocalyptic. 😅🫠 They're only saving grace are the sales they do, which brings some of their items down to a much more reasonable (and SENSIBLE) price. In short, sign up and spend WISELY or you may very well regret it.
