Jun 09,2024I purchased an item from them about a week ago. I then notice on my online banking account about a week after that £59.99 has been taken out of my account. This was not made clear anywhere that I was signing up to become a VIP member all I was doing was making a purchase. I have been trying to speak to someone over the phone or live chat and no one has helped me and said it was made clear. I have also tried getting a refund but that seems to be impossible. Awful company for taking peoples money without being made aware about it and then no one being able to help.

Jun 09,2024I was buying on this site and unwittingly got sucked in to their "VIP" club. Don't go there! It's tantamount to robbery. You are coerced into membership of £54.99 per month. And like a previous person writing here, I only got 1 month refunded when I complained about this. So I then had 2 Credits to spend. I looked at leggings. £64 a pair - or 2 for £28 if you are a VIP member! What sense does that make? So as I don't want to contribute to this devious club anymore, I am forced to spend my credits on 2 pairs of leggings. Each costing £54.99 - the value of each of my credits. It's disgraceful - and I will certainly never ever shop from them again. And I shall make sure that everyone I know learns of this sharp practice.

Jun 09,2024This site is absolutely awful, I was put on to the VIP scheme without my knowing and made to pay £54.99 a MONTH for something I had no interest in whatsoever. I will never shop at Fabletics again. Terrible website functionality too.

Jun 08,2024I closed my VIP status with this company because I decided I couldn't afford to forget to 'skip the month' before they took £54.99 from my account. However, I did want to spend the £54.99 they had taken and I wanted a bargain, so decided I would become a VIP briefly, as that is the only way to buy something at a reasonable price (in my opinion they are expensive). Having made a purchase I realised that my 'credit' had not been used and money was going to be taken from my bank. Also, I was not given the option to 'skip the month' and they would be taking my VIP money too. I emailed them and asked them if it was possible to use my credit for the purchase or I would need to return it. This hasn't happened. I have initiated a return for the items and emailed them to ask how you spend the money in your VIP account. I am unimpressed with this company, it is not user friendly and I feel like I am being scammed.

Jun 08,2024Unwittingly committed to a VIP membership where Fabletics charge your bank account £59.99 a month as credit to spend. Underhand and difficult to get money back. Online chat representative refused to refund and then refused to enter any further dialogue. I would not recommend and would advise not to engage as you may end up committing yourself to monthly charges.

Jun 07,2024Avoid this company they are awful. Their products are reasonable however they fraudulently extract money from you under the guise of a membership (VIP) which they do not make clear at any stage, provide any information confirming this ‘membership’ (until after taking your money) or advertise. They use vile sales tactics so honestly avoid. Any company that requires to use tactics like this don’t deserve to be around for long. Their high profile celebrities endorsing their products (likely paid using these funds obtained through falsehood) should hang their heads in shame. I won’t be resting on this matter and will be escalating this to a suitable resolution personally. However, everyone else BEWARE.

Jun 07,2024I hate this website 1 month ago they took £55 out of my account after I had already tried to cancel my subscription online I called the helpline and told them I need it refunded and I want to cancel they said they can’t refund but can cancel I have now woken up to get another £55 being taken out of my bank account they have robbed me of £110 but it could be more as I only noticed the charge recently I can not believe how disgusting it is to openly steal unknowing customers money and lie about cancelling a subscription, £55 is not a small amount of money for me and yet I won’t get that back will I also the clothes are such bad quality my joggers bobbled in about 3 weeks of buying them and the sizes are not correct, I now have to wait 5 hours for their helpline to become available because nope it’s not 24hrs such a ridiculous company

Jun 10,2024The VIP credit system is a bit of a scam. Once you’ve purchased the credit (or accidentally had it purchased for you because you didn’t skip the month), you can only use it to purchase 1 item, whatever it actually costs. If you were allowed to purchase items up to the price of the credit, that would be fairer. Also, items in popular size (eg medium) never seems to come back into stock.
