Sep 15,2024John Taylor was very helpful in making sure my vehicle got picked up and delivered safely. In the end, it did cost a little more than quoted, but that was to be expected considering the route annd condition of my car. All in all, I was happy with the service and result John provided. The most frustrating thing was being hounded by other carriers trying to undermine the process.

Sep 07,2024I recently had two vehicles transported, one from Minnesota to Texas for $300 and the other from Texas to Minnesota for $450. As the quoted prices seemed exceptionally low, I ensured that my broker, Roger, provided written confirmation of the costs. He explicitly stated that there would be no additional charges. Regrettably, the company failed to honor the agreed-upon prices and demanded an additional $1450 for the vehicle transfers. They also informed me that Roger was no longer employed by the company and that my quote was incorrect. I believe it is the company's responsibility to rectify this situation and absorb the cost of the misquoted prices. It is not my fault that Roger provided incorrect information, and I should not be held financially liable for the company's error. I am now in a difficult position as I have already postponed the transport as far as possible. I kindly request that the company resolve this matter promptly and honor the original quoted prices. UPDATE!!!: After it was all said and done they did give me a full refund after they lowered the price to 1100 then 1050 however that was still not the qouted price that Roger qouted me before he was terminated, as I stated before it's not my fault that Roger was not properly trained. So after my refund they called/text me to please take gown the negative review, I politely so said no, it's the truth and who knows how many people Roger Quoted wrong. If the read this they will me more prepared to deal with a company that doesn't honor the quotes that are giving by their employees.

Sep 01,2024I worked with Abby Jones. He was sincere, dedicated and always available to answer questions. It took us longer to get the car delivered, and the price was higher than the original estimate, but Abby explained the process and I quickly learned he is at the mercy of what truck drivers demand for the route. To Abby's credit, he didn't give up and the end result was satisfactory.
