Feb 28,2023Jerry was very helpful with finding the flights I needed at a good price. Was a bit worrisome only because you don’t get a confirmed booking for 24 hours after you make the reservation with them and also because the site says u have a 24 hour cancellation period but when u go to check out it says u have only 2 hours unless you pay an additional non refundable fee for q EA arch ticket if you want 24 hours. I called in on that and Jerry did check and called me back telling me he would hold a reservation for 24 hours before I book it non the site. Also be very sure of your travel dates as the tickets are MUCH more expensive if you call back to change your date even if it’s the next day on the exact same itinerary just in a different day. All in all, I would recommend farecorner and will check fares here again next time I travel. But I will also research thoroughly before calling here as I did find tickets for 45.00 less after I booked here.
