Feb 16,2023Posted flights that were not available and then put me on standby and was told I had to upgrade or lose my flight. I was only charged the extra taxes but still frustrating. The whole process was confusing.

Feb 13,2023First I thought it was something strange about the price I saw online. I also didn't know if this was a reputable company. I did a little research then I checked out then I received a phone call, it was the Agent Paris Jackson. Apparently what I chose was already gone so she offered me an upgrade of sorts. This upgrade was an additional $270 however I chose to upgrade. The Agent Paris Jackson arranged round-trip flights. I thought Paris arranged my checked bags as we discussed, as this was my main concern. When I called Delta they said I have carry-on bags only. I have been trying to contact Paris but for some reason she has not returned my phone calls. Now I have to pay an extra $200 on top of the extra $270. DO NOT TRUST THEM. You can make your own reservations with the airlines of your choice, so NO THANK YOU!!
