Roy Dawson called me to tell me that I could not get an online boardingg pass and I have to check at the airport.
Gary Rodgers helped me with this reservation and very polite.
Excelente services Roy Dawson
If I have option, I could give 0 star. The worst experience I have with this platform. Don't book ticket from this website, I would rather book ticket from airline website. Never go with price they offer online which is fake. Whenever they give you price with regular price option. Once you book, you can't get refund, you have to book ticket with them, no matter what new ticket price will be, or you have to lose money you paid initially.
VERY HONEST AND VERY KIND
I have had a very time-consuming experience booking my flight home from Mexico to Colorado. I am giving Roy and Roger a 4 Star rating because they didn't give up on helping me get my ticket booked on Frontier. They spent about 3 hours working out the issues which I am very grateful for their help but honestly, I would just book directly through the airline in the future.
Roy Dawson sent me the boarding passes and was very helpful

If you've made the mistake of attempting to buy airfare from FarePorto try these steps to avoid paying their high prices. I had a bad experience with FarePorto but I was able to prevent their bait-and-switch tactics. In the end, FarePorto canceled my transaction. They claimed it was due to unforeseen circumstances and at the airline's direction. I am storing this warning under a five-star review because FarePorto has lots of fake, highly-rated reviews boosting its Trustpilot score. I didn't think you would see this if I gave it a low rating. Go search the low ratings for other accurate horror stories of dealing with FarePorto. When you "book" your tickets, you will receive a confirmation email that looks like you have booked your trip. A short while later, you will receive a follow-up email that indicates that something went wrong requesting you to call FarePorto to resolve the situation. Once you call FarePorto, they will connect you to one of their "agents". This person's job is to use bait-and-switch tactics to get you to agree to change your flight dates and pay more for your flight than you saw in the initial quote/booking. The agent tells you that you have purchased "stand-by tickets". There is not stated anywhere on the website or in the original confirmation. Most airlines do not sell standby tickets. You have not bought a stand-by ticket. The agent uses this to cause panic and confuse you. They will then attempt to sell you a confirmed ticket for the same travel itinerary or a different one at a higher price. They may ask you if you're flexible with travel dates. When we pointed out that you can't buy standby tickets he asked us what we thought we were purchasing. He said, "The price is so much cheaper than the market rate, of course, it was not a confirmed ticket price". Keep your wits about you. Check to see if FarePorto has actually charged your credit card. In my situation, they did not charge me. They never charged me, even though they sent me the cancellation. I believe this is how they avoid legal action. They are not in the business of charging you and not providing a product. They try to sell you a higher-priced product. They won't charge you until you agree to buy the higher-priced tickets that they can buy and sell to you. They have no intention of selling you the tickets at the low-ball prices they use to lure you. If they have charged you, dispute it immediately through your credit card company. If they haven't charged you, tell them you want them to cancel. They will probably refuse. At this point, it's a bit of a game. They haven't charged you, and they likely won't charge you. You can yell at them. You can hang up on them. You can mess with them. You will want to follow up with your credit card company. The credit card company agent recommended I cancel my credit card and order a new one. I still haven't seen any transactions on my credit card from FarePorto. Good luck with your situation. Remember if it looks too good to be true, it may be false. Unfortunately, I only saw the good reviews and fell into FarePorto's trick.
Roy dawson is a very nice guy
June cooper she was very nice and help me with my ticket
At Fareport, they are scammers. They entice the customers by advertising cheap air fare. They don't send you tickets until you call them up asking for it. When they answer they say, the fare you booked is not available anymore or these ickets don't allow any luggage or any other excuse. They say the tickets are nonrefundable and you are already soft booked with them, you end up into buying the regular airline price. This is their modus operendi. It's just a scam and tricking people into their website and ripping people. Don't fall to their preys!!!
Brooklyn assisted with the e-tickets
