Dec 07,2024Really simple and straightforward. I was so worried about doing a will and it costing a bomb, I’ve had my first child and money is tight. But this, for free, is 11/10 service. Even if I had to pay for this, I would have! Covers all the basics, and then is sent off to be checked, any discrepancies then this is raised to you to amend if needed! Really pleased I’ve finally done it, knowing that if the worst was to happen to me, my child would end up with someone I trust wholly & a bit of money to help get by!

However, their forms are very rigid and Farewell are unable or unwilling to offer advice to accommodate anything beyond the most straightforward of wills. Didn't feel listened to. Very robotic in responses.
