Nov 27,2024This was the easiest will writing process. Step by step instructions, and when done, it is checked, and I received a couple of suggestions to clarify parts of my wishes. Then I downloaded my will, and there is also an option to have a printed version for just a few pounds. Just so easy, and takes away the feelings of dread when completing this very necessary task.

Yes, it takes a bit of time if you have a lot of requirements but there is plenty of flexibility to make your wishes clear. I've put it off for 11 years - it's such a relief it is finally done and it really wasn't that hard!

Nov 25,2024What a super easy way to write a will. Highly recommended for anyone who is computer literate. One thing to bear in mind is that if you do your will this way, you need to find 2 witnesses who can be present to sign it with you. If you go to a solicitor in person, they do this for you, as well as storing your will with the probate service. You can still do this with the farewill will, but you have to pay £22 (as of Nov 2024). Overall I think it's a great service and whilst not as comprehensive as seeing a solicitor, you do have a legally binding will in the end.

One advisor, Vikki, dealt with me from my initial enquiry, through to purchasing a plan and questions I asked after purchase. My sincere thanks to her for the professional and understanding service she provided. I appreciated being contacted by email, as was my preference rather than telephone calls at awkward times, although we did arrange to speak as well, which I also found extremely useful. I appreciated receiving clear, easy to read information in the post rather than only having website pages to refer to. The service Farewill offer met our needs - offering more than I expected would be possible - for a reasonable price. Unlike other well-known funeral plan companies Farewill did not 'chase' me to purchase by an imminent deadline with crass incentives.

Nov 22,2024Everything is quite straight forward and quite easy to understand and for a yearly fee of £10 you can change your will as many times as you want. You need to be a little computer literate nothing major and I had no problem.
