May 29,2024My 1TB Drive had a faulty connector that broke off rendering the drive completely useless. Fields Data recovered every file and it was worth the money. The staff is terrific. I’m not techie. And they explained everything plus they were reassuring.

May 06,2024After taking an external drive to a local computer shop that advertised being able to recover data and it was unsuccessful I did not hold much hope when I sent the disk to fields data recovery. Julian in customer service was in touch with me throughout the process. He kept me informed of each attempt at recovering the data and what they were doing each time until he called to advise of the successful recovery! I appreciated hearing from Julian throughout the process. I am sure you can imagine how concerning it is to wonder if so much of your personal/historical data could be gone. My data was recovered and I was sent a new disk with everything on it. Thank you Fields Data for giving me back this data. Angela

Apr 11,2024My wife's hard drive stopped working and would just spin and click. That is a sound I never wanted to hear. I knew that it would cost money to get it fixed and get the data retrieved. I searched a couple places and decided to go with Fields Data Recovery. I worked with Adam through the process to get the hard drive to them. It took about a month to get the drive fixed and the data recovered. During the process I became a bit concerned as I read that Fields Data Recovery was a scam. I became scared because I had already paid $1200 up front before any of the work was done. It was a risk I took to get the data recovered but was still uneasy. While communication was not always up to par, I was able to reach out on my own and get a hold of someone. I believe I spoke to Ryan? at Fields Data Recovery when I called and he reassured me that this wasn't a scam, that sometimes it can take a while to recover the data, and sometimes people don't often get the result they expect because each scenario is different. I wanted to post this review and say THANK YOU to Adam and Ryan for putting up with my anxiety and always putting forth their best efforts to put me at ease. Thank you both! I will use Fields Data Recovery in the future if a hard drive goes bad! =)

Wonderful to have a phone call and connection with someone to hear that they truly care for each customer and want to help as best they can. Service was extremely professional, quick turnaround and they made the transfer of information from my broken laptop onto a drive extremely simple and easy. I had all my data back within a week! Upon the initial contact, it was laid out in front of me very clearly that, if I did not want to receive my data for any reason, I did NOT have to pay a dime for their services. ZERO obligation. I was elated with the transparency from the start in addition to the next day UPS air shipping covered by the company to get my data in their hands. I was constantly updated via phone calls about the status of my drive and how the engineers' progress was coming. I was made to feel like a cared for customer and that is exactly what I was. I had my data back on my computer in a matter of a week and a half and I have zero complaints. If I were to ever require data recovery services again, Fields Data Recovery is who I would go to in a heartbeat.

Mar 21,2024I thought I lost all my data when my portable hard drive crashed and reached out to this company to see what could be done. After receiving a phone call and explaining what the issue was, the company explained the process of what would happen from shipping to troubleshooting to what the next step would be. After a little delay when I did not receive a shipping label to ship the HD, Nathan Horner, emailed me directly the information needed and kept me abreast of the process. At first, I was informed the information was not recoverable but they had one last procedure to do and alas I got nearly 100% of the data recovered. Julian Henson sent me a file that showed what was recovered and after paying the balance owed they mailed a new HD with my data on it. The staff I worked with were friendly and very thorough.
