Jun 15,2024Their flyer says "you're pre approved". That's a lie. You are not. Plus they don't ask how much you want to borrow. Plus their valuation of property is wrong. Mine was 200K low....provable by an appraisal.

Jun 14,2024Very Misleading. Having been pre-approved for their offer, we started the process. However, their automated system doesn't allow for multiple paycheck stubs from different income sources and cannot handle more than one bank account verification (so if you automatically put $$ into a savings and checking account, it can't process both realities). So because they couldn't verify $11k, they offered a loan that was 47% less. What a waste of time.

Jun 14,2024The process was frustrating the 1st time I did the loan because Figure had the wrong ssn and I had to apply over. The second time was pretty easy and the communication was was spot on. Only thing I did not like was the id process.

Jul 05,2024An associate sent an email to my wife who hardly ever looks at her email on a Saturday when time was of the essence since I was trying to beat a deadline so I could get a $6,000 discount from my contractor and the associate never CC me so I did not know the form was in her email. I could have told her had he told me. It wasted three days until someone at Figure called me 3 days later on Tuesday that the form was sent. Because of this I missed my deadline and I will probably lose the discount! A Figure associate had told me that the associate should have CC me. Now, an associate is telling me they don't do that. Someone is lying!
