May 14,2024All employees were very helpful. The process was very fast. The only on thing that I had trouble with was the application. I never clicked on Submit because I had a question about security, As I sat in front of my computer calling Cust .Service, the system took off and submitted with the 0's I placed in the SS Box. It took over 48 hrs to finally get that cleared. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would recommend FIGURE to anyone who doesn't want to waste time. No waiting for 30 day Appraisal, No waiting to draw up Docs, No strange fees on Draws. The price seems fair since my local back was going to take 30 days to complete and have the loan float at Prime which is another 1% with the fees, etc. I'm excited to make repairs needed to my home and move on ! I'm glad I stumbled across your business. Thank you ! Kim
