Apr 05,2024I went to 10 different banks and got denied because of Debt-to-income ratios. I had over $450k in equity in my house and wanted some of it to cover all of my debts so my high balances could be paid off. No bank would do it and I even had great credit. I found Figure and applied for it as a last shot opportunity and within 10 mins I was approved. Took me a total of 7 days to be funded which included the weekend. Mar 28,2024prior client and new what to expect. Application didn't progress to closure like they said - had to call twice to get it back on track. The approval and the closing went great - it was the in between with no contact or follow up had to call each time, emails weren't responded too.
