Feb 25,2024Didn't like the time to get loan approved and financed. Alex wasn't very clear on your charges and money I would receive. It would be nice to have something in an e-mail explaining breakdown of costs through process. It wasn't easy to get into my file. Alex did answer or returned my calls quickly.

Feb 20,2024I am very far from computer literate. I initially started my HELOC app with my bank. Was told it would take 4-6 weeks for approval and the rate was not too favorable. Next tried my mortgage company and all they wanted to do was offer me a loan. No thanks. Credit union had decent rates but again a many weeks long approval process. Figure was super easy to navigate, spelled out their terms concisely and the whole experience took less than two weeks, only because I was lax in expediting the loan. As said, am hesitant when it comes to online business, especially of this caliber, but I felt accomplished after the transaction was over. Thank you, Figure. You have changed my life for the better for sure!

Feb 03,2024Worst Option to go for any loan or any service from figure. Their customer service reps don't have NMLS ID and will make you fall in a trap of High Interest Rates and you will end up with High Income Debt Ratio. When you will call them their customer service reps will just say one thing that they can not modify anything, everything is done by automated system which is built with technical issues and is crap.
